Cuckoo clock is beautiful and I like that it was made in Germany. Works perfectly. Has a night mode which is great. Don’t have to stop clock and then reset each morning.

This is great. Just like I remember from childhood. Only 1 problem. It coo coos an hour ahead.

I wish I could rate this a zero. The clock was missing parts and does not work. The seller does not respond and Amazon says it is past their obligation to do anything. I bought in October for my husbands Christmas present. Now we have a clock that does not work and a seller who does not respond. Do not buy from this seller. Also Amazon is no help. I am out $400 plus dollars and even though the clock had a warranty cannot get anyone to help.

Clock works fine. I have always enjoyed cuckoo Clocks. I have some friends who don't like them and question my sanity in getting them. I tell them, they are crash proof time pieces. Like all the Cuckoo Clocks I have owned, it is a challenge to get the timing right on, adjusting the speed of the pendulum. But I consider that just the nature of the beast. One other challenge is the height. I live in a mobile home and only a couple of places give me the height to place the clock so the chains don't drag on the floor.

Beautiful clock that works as expected. It will take a little effort to get it to run on time, but that is to be expected with a clock like this. The good points are fast and informative shipping. The down side is that my clock was very poorly packaged. It looked like everything was tossed in the box. The roof peak was actually pushed through the cardboard box because there was virtually no packing material. The clock was undamaged and works well which I consider a miracle , but I would be apprehensive about using this vendor again.

I grew up with a cuckoo clock, it was given away a very long time ago. I purchased this one to have a mechanical clock in the house, for when the power goes off. It has to be a 8 day clock, daily is too short of a time. I have to admit, when it comes to cuckoo's, Germany fits that bill 100%. I love the half hour chirps and the chirping for each hour of the day. In fact I am thinking about buying a couple more. Yes I recommend these cuckoo's for anyone who wants one.
