Playmobil 5159 Underwater Motor

This works great now that I have the AA battery oriented correctly. A toy that worked with the battery in either orientation was new to me, so I almost thought the motor was faulty.

Purchased along with their shark rescue set. This was the perfect thing for bath time! Works well so far and my son has literally begged to take a bath just so that he can play with his new Playmobil set (this motor attaches to it).

We put this item on the bottom of the Storage Container Playmobil ship and I was immediately struck by how fast it enables the ship to go. There is only one speed. There is a rudder, but even with that it's slightly challenging to direct where the boat will go.It slides on the bottom notch of the ship easily, however the batteries seem to run out a bit faster than I would have thought. Great overall value though to add power to your Playmobil!

Perfect replacement motor

I read previous review about this product being very fragile and breaking easily. I still purchased it to attach to a playmobile boat. It works very well. My 5 year old and 3 year old play with it all the time and they share it at the pool with other friends. It has survived many enthusiastic hands! very good product so far.

This works great as it is interchangeable on different sets; I found it worked on my Playmobile Vintage Rescue Boat set as well as the new Dinosaur raft. The only thing is, you need a large expanse of water for it to work well.

didnt work

Bought this to put on the bottom of a duck decoy. The battery didn’t last very long and it moved very slowly in the water. Will look for alternate options for this use in the future.
