I like these much more than the silicone ones.
I'll start off by saying that these do not fit my earbuds. I knew it was a gamble when I ordered them but figured I'd give it a try. My earbuds are much bigger then the green sleeves that are inserted into these. Tried to pry it on over but that didn't work. I used a pencil and forced out the green sleeves. They then fit perfectly onto my earbuds with the exception of falling off easily during removal from my ear. I then used a little superglue on each one and haven't had any problems since. I use them sitting around, working out, running or whatever and am still on the first set after 7 months. They are still comfortable. I compress them then insert into my ear and let expand. They also help block out a lot of the ambient noise. When they stop expanding after compression or being comfortable I'll tear them off, scrape off the glue, and glue on another pair. Still have 4 to go.

More comfortable than the latex plugs
The foam plugs form better to the ears, giving a tighter seal and therefore giving a cleaner, more complete sound, which is needed when using IEM's on stage.

Size may not fit all
It fits Westone I guess, but not what I have. I tried it on all my different brand in-ear headphones, and did not fit any. However, after removing the glued in green inserts, they stay on OK, and give perfect comfort and good seal. A lot better then putting silicone in your ear. Using them seem to last, not coming off easy. So while it is not a fit, it is of high quality and provides good comfort. Now maybe I should by a set of Westone earphones?

Plastic inserts on the foam tips broke
I have the Westone Audio Pro X20. I love them. They work great.I recently replaced the foam tips for the first time. The original foam tips worked perfectly.Out of the 10 pack that I got, every piece I’ve put on the monitors so far has split. The orange plastic piece has split or cracked in 1 or 2 places, preventing them from staying on the monitors. Curious if this is a known issue. I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong, as I had no problem with putting on the first pair of foam tips on with no problem.

Good quality ear tips
I use these on my Klipsch S4i earphones. I lost one of the rubber ear tips for the Klipsch, so I replaced both with the Westone Tru Fit.I have a pair of UM2's that I have custom molds for, so I was familiar with the Westone tips that came with my UM2's.These are very comfortable for my ears, have excellent sound isolation, and help improve bass by sealing the ear fairly tight. If my custom molds rate a 10, these would rate a very solid 8.5. I would recommend trying the multi size set to find the proper size for each person. An added benefit, because they reduce outside noise a lot, you don't have to blow your ears out to overcome external noise.

Best of three I have tried
Worked great for long plane ride. These are larger than others ordered and softer. Blocked out more noise. I was concerned when I first tried them at home that they didn’t block out much more noise, but they do soften overtime as you use and thus become more comfortable and block out more sound. I have normal shaped ears I think as most earbuds work for me. Best I have tried.

Quality is declining
I'm sad to report that the quality of these tips are declining. I've been purchasing this set for years and using them with my Westone IEMS. I've put them on W20s, W30s, and W40s without issues. That last two batches I received (spanning two months between purchase) have been of poor quality. The inner insert is incorrectly sized. This leads to cracking if too small and loose fit if too large. Both outcomes cause the tip to just rotate off in my ear. This has happened to 15 of the 20 tips between the two packs. I spoke with Westone and was told there is no kind of warranty on this product so there was nothing they could do other than pass along the feedback to their manufacturer.
