I purchased this expensive item. But it is not rotating the liquid inside. I only used protien powder to mix. It was working fine for first few months. It is still under warranty but i dont know how to redeem that

It's a great product but remember it's a blender and not a mixer aka no nuts and stuff; even bananas (avoidable) to be mashed before putting it in the jar. It's worth the cost.

It’s been one month since I purchased this product the motor worked only for 15 days and after that it stopped working even after charging it full for multiple hours it’s not working I would not recommend this product it’s just not worth the money.

The storage pod is missing. Please deliver that too.

The motor is noisy and very low powered. Couldn’t handle load of 35-40 gm protein powder and some water. Auto stop multiple time due to overheating. Battery life is very less. Good for mixing some lemon juice and water only.

Received a defective product with parts missing.

Bon shaker qui mélange bien la poudre protéines. On obtient un mélange vraiment lisse, onctueux qui augmente de volume. Perso, 250 ml de liquide (eau ou lait ou lait végétal) et on met en marche et on ajoute la poudre. Se recharge par USB. Se lave facilement (il faut dévisser la base moteur auparavant). Je recommande ce produit. À voir dans le temps. Il y a aussi un récipient pour la poudre (si transport salle de sport ou autres).

This PROMiXX iX-R has been great to date. It has an intelligent design and is easy to clean, use, and to recharge when necessary. I'd purchased an earlier version of the PROMiXX several years ago and this one is about twice as powerful. It holds a good volume of fluid and liquid and mixes the content of protein shakes quickly and really well. The vortex action in the liquid draws the content from the surface down into the plastic blades for thorough mixing. Don't even need to put the cover on when mixing as nothing flies out of the top. I also like that the cup has measurement marks to track how much you're pouring into it which is convenient if you're controlling intake. I just sit it on the counter, fill the cup, press the 'On' button, and let it run about 10 seconds. All good. I generally use it every day. Lately, I'm filling it with pasteurized liquid egg whites, cold spring water, chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder (maybe some ground cinnamon in the vanilla!) and it yields a really smooth protein shake. I don't think it's intended for ice or heavier contents like fruit. I may give it a try for quick and easy scrambling of eggs.

Der Shaker mixt die Protein sowie auch andere Shakes sauber ohne Klümpchen zu hinterlassen. Perfekt für unterwegs, die Motorleistung ist super und die Batterie hält sehr lange an. Der Mitgelieferte Aufbewahrungsbehälter für Pulver etc. ist meines Erachtens etwas klein, passt dafür aber super im inneren des Shakers zur Aufbewahrung. Die Reinigung ist super Easy, selbst wenn man das Gerät nach Benutzung etwas stehen lässt. Klare Kaufempfehlung! P.s. ich nutze den Shaker jeden Tag mehrfach und hat bis heute noch keine Abnutzungsspuren und den Motor habe ich erst einmal aufgeladen innerhalb der letzten 6 Tage
