You’re not going to vibe out. And it’s pretty pricey. But it’s a pleasant no-alcohol flavor that makes you sip all night and look forward to another night.

I was only able to drink two as they other cans were badly damaged and dented and unable to be opened. The product isn’t bad. Takes a little used too but a nice alternative when taking a break from alcohol.

Recently decided to fully take on not drinking alcohol after being a heavy drinker for most of my teens and adult life. This is the first of MANY alternatives I’ve tried to fill the gap with that actually gives me that satisfying feeling of drinking a good, boozy, cocktail. I would highly recommend trying this with an open mind and just enjoy this new sober curious movement :)

I really wanted to like this but I just don’t like the taste

When I decided to start drinking less, I searched for alternatives so that I could still enjoy something special in the evenings as I transitioned from engineer to mom. I tried so many brands, but they all fell short and left me with a bitter after taste. When I tried Crisp & Crude, I was blown away by the clean taste and it has no bitter after taste. I love the way the ginger burns my throat just a little in the same way that a nice bourbon creates warmth in the body. It’s amazing that I now have something to replace my evening cocktail(s) that also infuses my body with healthy ingredients.The fact that this is a small business run by a woman sealed the deal for me. I read the story of Crisp & Crude and am inspired by how one woman wanted to create a better alternative for herself that launched an entire business and way of life for her and for all of us. Raise a toast to Crisp and Crude!

This smells like orange furniture polish and tastes like someone mixed that polish with orange Triaminic cough syrup and really watered down cheap bourbon. I thought it might grow on me and tried a second can the following night. No. I tried adding a Luxardo cherry and a bit of juice, an orange slice, a cinnamon stick... anything to make it taste better but no. And the sediment? Or chunks of stuff that sink to the bottom? What is that?? What a disappointment.

I'm a huge fan of Crisp & Crude! I started drinking their non-alcoholic beverages last year when I found out about them from an article on Forbes and have been hooked ever since. The Gold Fashioned is my favorite since it really alludes to the spirit of an Old Fashioned but also has a unique uplifting feel and taste of its own. Huge perk: the super cute packaging!!!After also finding out that I was pregnant this January, I was SO excited to continue to be able to enjoy the botanical Crisp & Crude flavors as my go-to treats!

The moment you crack open one of these delicious cans, it smells just like an standard old fashioned. However, the best part is that I know I won't be hungover or full of sugar and regret after having four of these! It's rich and refreshing all at once, making for the perfect golden hour sip. My husband and I love enjoying these instead of a boozy beverage, though it could also make for a wonderful mixer as well. A dream in a can!!
