I have tried numerous products, both natural and medical, seeking relief from indigestion, acid reflux, and poor digestion. By far, the only product that has consistently yielded salubrious health benefits has been this one. I am not one for hyperbole, but this product is truly effective and worth the price.

7/16 update. My breakouts came back!!. WHY DO YOU NEED SUGAR? With or without it still taste bad and Thats fine, just dont want sugar! The other ingredients are not necessary neither! Ive been taking this at night, since july/2023 about 13 days already. Few times I took it first thing in the morning. I have had diarrhea.....i stopped for 2 days...back to normal. Started and so did the diarrhea. It states to keep drinking until your stomach geta acclimated. Uhm. I think I'm going back to the other brand. That one didnt do any of this bad side-effects**. I bought this one because it was same day delivery vs 4 day delivery of the other brand. Yeah... .i think it doesnt work for another reason. Comparing my skin reaction to this microbes drink. This doesnt clear my face. The other one cleared my face in a week. All Im saying this didnt work for me. *the other one is a Dr.****g brand. I get alot of comedone/easily irritation to hot weather....i would get hives on my face. It seems it was a leaky gut issue. DR. ***g product helped me more. This one product DID NOT WORK FOR ME. ALSO... This is my 2nd review. It appears the seller might had requestes my review to be removed.......

I decided to try it as a supplement and found my stomach growling for more food instead of me crashing to then eat and wait for my body and mind to come back to life. I’m a permaculture farmer out in the sun and wind all day most days. I noticed my skin start to get healthier. I inspected it under the microscope and found all the listed microbes are there. If that grosses you out look at yogurt under the microscope. I sprayed the leaves on everything I got growing and found the trichomes emerge that made the leaves almost velvety. Jalapeño leaves that are velvety! Leaf cutter bees have no problem cutting them tough. If your buying as supplement try mixing a tablespoon per gallon for your plants as well. It will also ferment and make bad smells go away in countless applications.
