Have been using for years! Eases pain almost immediately.1/11/25 ... Noticed many reviews saying sponge applicator comes off. This is true, however, when this happens, I use a makeup foundation sponge. In some ways it is easier than the sponge on the tube! Amazon has them at very low prices. I prefer the one that has a small silk strap on the back. Helps avoid getting the product on your hand, and easier to reach those harder to get to areas.
