An appliance that costs over $100 should NOT break down in less than three years usage. Sad, because overall I was satisfied with this ice maker. Unit was quiet enough save for ice plopping into the bin. Cleaning is a pain. Its hard to get in the nooks and crannies for cleaning. Even with cleaning every three months crud can form behind the ice making mechanism. I have no problem carrying the unit. Those who are weaker may find the ice maker bulky. Its too big for kitchen sink cleaning. So, I have to schlepp it to my bathroom and clean in the bathtub. On the last day of 2019, water stopped flowing into the freezing mechanism. The plastic containers that move started to knock and sound like it was stuck. The final straw, water all over the floor.I reached out to Amazon who contacted the manufacturer. They promptlt repied. I give credit to that but, because my ice maker is over a year old its not covered. Yong Tong suggested I take the ice maker to a repair shop. Um, its not 1960, its 2020. Local repair shops are few and far between. Even if I found one, it would probably cost close to the price of a new machine. No thank you very much, Ill look at You Tube how to repair videos. There are many as I've learned that these units are made like crap in China. A couple Chinese companies slap these things together and the sellers put their brand on them. Look and you'll see the same machines sold by different appliance companies. Basically there a handfull of different models. Lots of luck. I was spoiled with ice on hand. What have I learned?1. Made like crap in China.2. If you are lucky you may get five years.3. Ill buy the extended warranty coverage next go round and try d different model, one with self cleaning.Please pass on this model unless you can pick one up for under $75! What a shame that we are a throw away society.

This ice maker is the greatest one I've ever had! It makes ice so fast I will never run out of ice. Can't believe it work this great for what it cost. Works better & faster than the more expensive 1 out there. If your looking for a ice maker that make a lot of ice fast this is the machine to buy.

Take off the word clear ice. It is not clear. It does work well tho and a good value!

Had this product for several months now and am disappointed in its performance. Inconsistent size of cubes. It is unable to produce ice cubes of the same size, some small, some incomplete, some large, some small, etc. Display very small and does not seem to work per provided instructions. I would have returned ifI had not thrown box and packing away. Many people sell this exact product with different names. Would not recommend.

I've had a few issues with it so far its still working tried contacting seller va email no response....!

Worked great for about 8 months then quit working - controller works just won’t make ice.

Works great! We use ours every day. It consitently produces ice so you never run out.
