I would say this provides a steady increase in energy in a gentle way that doesn't cause you to crash.It's not going to feel like a rush of energy, but it might help take the edge off those all nighters you shouldn't still be pulling at your age!ADHD kids, beware. You probably won't even notice this haha my boyfriend was like "I don't think it worked very well.." but he did stay awake all day that day instead of falling asleep so... it might work better than he thought, lol.I wouldn't say this is going to replace your daily caffeine fix, but it's definitely a more smooth ride than the caffeine/ sugar crash. So, maybe that's better. Less energy possibly but also no crash to deal with midday. I also have ADHD, and caffeine/ sugar don't give me any uplifting effects, so it's a bit hard to compare that for me, so I'm sort of guessing. But the fact that I noticed a difference, I think, is a big deal, since I am difficult to stimulate because of my really bad ADHD.

These patches make it impossible to have a bad day, giving you the mood boost you need to make it through tough days. Love the thickness of these patches with stretch and stick to hold 12+ hours. Simply peal from backing and apply to skin. They definitely do their job, have a strong hold, and are easy to apply and use so I’d say you definitely get your moneys worth with these! I found that after removing my patch it did not affect my sleep quality, but while having the patch on it did provide me with an energy boost! These being patches make them tasteless which I’m extremely fond of especially if you have a weak stomach like me!

These things don't work. Don't waste your money. Not sure how there's so many positive reviews.
