I really wanted to like this set.I kept going round and round debating what brand of set I needed for my usage. Finally settled on this even though Bosch didn't have the best specs as compared with Milwaukee, DeWalt and Makita. But their size and weight won me over.To start, the drill was great. No complaints.The impact has what I consider to be a design flaw with the trigger. When fully depressed you would think you are at full power. Not always true. If you're not paying attention I'd say you're maybe at 95% power. Which wasn't noticeable until I was playing around and noticed sometimes it ran faster than other times. If you apply more pressure to the bottom portion of the trigger it ramped up all the way too 100%. I thought, "ok, maybe I got a funky trigger." So I went to Lowes and they actually had two of this impact on display. And they both had the weird trigger issue. 3 out of 3 impacts, same trigger issue.If I have the trigger pulled all the way I should expect that I'm at full power. Not worrying about if I have proper pressure applied at the right place/angle. Like I said, it's only about a 5% power difference but it's enough for me to be irked off and consider it a flaw in design or engineering.After I left Lowes I went straight to Home Depot and got the Milwaukee Fuel set and even got a free blower in the process. For the exact same price I paid for this Bosch set. And instead of two 2 milliamp batteries I got a 5m battery and a 2m battery. And have no complaints with the set at all.In the process of returning this Bosch set. Kinda bummed tho. Had high hopes

I was on the fence between purchasing Milwaukee or Bosch. I ended up going with the Bosch line and glad I did. The ergonomics are perfect for my hands. Very comfortable to hold and use. I haven't used it alot yet as it's only been on the job about a week now, but is performing flawless. Drill is lightweight and very powerful and thankfully has a metal chuck. The impact has more than enough power and the adjustable power setting I'd amazing. Low speed is ideal for putting screws into plastic anchors as it doesn't have enough power on its lowest setting to rip them out but enough to tighten them securely. My only complaint and it's a little one is that the impact foward/reverse switch seems a little off. Like it doesn't seem like it's all the way in at times.

Bosch makes really good high quality tools

Impact Driver's rotation direction control switch was too loose for the first package that was shipped to me.Amazon shipped me a replacement which has the same issue, but a little bit better.Drill driver was OK.Tool works as expected.

Great product

Bought Bosch again since I've had already 18V Power-tools from Bosch but brushed, the Batteries are still good, so I have new brush-less Machines now, and tons of battery-packs. :-)
