Received damaged product
Tawa is good, nice and heavy. Quality is good. But I received broken/damaged product so had to return it. Also as shown in the image, the box of the product was open and not properly packed.

Cracked within 6 months
Cracked within 6 months of purchase. Says lifetime warranty, but customer care is very unprofessional and closed the ticket without any resolution. Do not ever buy any wonder chef product

Handle heats up as well
The only reason I purchased this tawa was it comes with a handle. Unfortunately the handle heats up and we cannot hold it.
