Habit Caffeine Strips | 80mg Caffeine Per Serving | 3 Pack = 36 Energy Strips, Spearmint

The product works as intended, but I find it misleading to say that you get 80mg of caffeine when each strip only has 40mg.Two strips equal one serving so there are only 6 servings per pack instead of 12 like it seems there would be.I wish they were more straightforward by just listing the caffeine amount for one strip. They could easily decide the serving size is any amount they choose up to probably ~200mg/5 strips, so it just seems unnecessarily misleading.ABOUT THE PRODUCT:The caffeine absorbs into your system quickly since it's an oral supplement and I'm sure it wouldn't taste as good if there were more caffeine per strip.The product initially tastes like a mouthwash breathstrip and then can be a tiny bit bitter towards the end, but it's no worse than holding a caffeine pill in your mouth for a couple seconds right before swallowing it.The strips are thicker than typical breathstrips though and take a while to fully dissolve in comparison. You might have to move it around in your mouth a bit or drink extra water to help it dissolve.Overall, despite being slightly misleading, the product does work and is decent if you need a small, quick boost of energy.EDIT:The infographic with the caffeine per strip compared to other products wasn't there when I bought it.The listing is slightly clearer now, so I added a star because the product itself is good and I'll probably buy it again, but I still think it should just state 40mg of caffeine per strip instead of the arbitrary serving size.

The spearmint flavor is surprisingly nice for a caffeine supplement, usually when not in pill/capsule form things like this taste awful and bitter. In my opinion it's not overly strong, with a brief burst of sweet mint, and then it fades as it dissolves, nowhere close to the almost painful strong mint of Listerine strips.They're effective too, either taking two as a slight pick-me-up mid-day or as an after coffee mint if you need more caffeine than the coffee alone can give you. I like the fact that you can take as much or as little as needed depending on the situation.My biggest issue is the same as a lot of other people had, in the packaging saying 80mgs of caffeine per serving but a serving being two strips, making the servings per dispenser only 6, instead of the 12 sort of implied. They make it clear enough if you look at the listing closely, but my problem with this is that it makes for an expensive option if you're used to higher doses of caffeine.That said, I do really like these, though I see using them more as a travel option, an add-on to other caffeinated things, or a small dose for long or busy afternoons/evenings.

This stuff seems pretty expensive, except when you consider that it's the cheapest one for the dosage, and doesn't taste nearly as bad as mints, this stuff works great. There's plenty in a package to keep you aware for a good amount of time when taken one after another after each wears off, and because they wear off pretty quick, if you need an extra boost of work soon before sleeping you're still able to sleep if I take one a couple hours before i go to sleep

For the price point, I don’t think these were worth it. Taking a caffeine pill would have been way more efficient and cheaper. There were only 8 or 10 strips inside the pack at 40mg of caffeine with each strip.

The company advertises that 2 strips is a serving, which only gives you 6 servings per pack or 12 strips. The packaging leads you to believe that it's 80mg of caffeine per strip, but it's 40mg per strip.Strong mint flavor that will clear out your sinuses.Nice to have on hand for a quick caffeine boost, but the price is kinda crazy high for only 6 servings

My use of this product is to get some extra energy in the afternoons without needing to rely on soda or coffee. It seems to meet that need for the most part. If that is your sole reason for using the strips then I would recommend it. I do wish that it would act a breath freshener better as the mint does not last very long.

Works great; the flavor tastes alright and two strips to the tongue on the way to work perks me up by the time I arrive to park and lasts me until the final quarter of the shift. I can’t dock off too many points for it not lasting all day however being that I personally work physical labor on a 9 hour shift 😅

I bought these to take on a cruise to get my caffeine without having to bring on a bunch of sodas. These hit fast and strong! Very minty but not bad. I would buy these again for sure.
