Sturdy build and battery life is good
This laptop is in my opinion a really good value item. It is of very sturdy construction, fairly light, and works well, though after using Windows takes a little time to get used to the Chrome OS. It seems to offer most of the useful applications that Windows offers but is already built in, as Google docs seems to offer the same facilities as Microsoft Office and can read and write in that format. At first I was a little concerned by the time it took to switch on but then I found that instead of using the power button to switch off, by pointing the cursor at the bottom right of the screen there is an 'off' button available. Now hen I open the lid of the laptop it switches itself on after only a few seconds. Great! I am pleased with this laptop and at the price is a very useful tool.

Chromebook Purchase
This is a practical Christmas present replacement for an old ASUS chromebook which although working well and still is became obsolete due to Google policy after 5 years looks nice works well and came at a reasonable price

Excellent purchase, bought another
Bought coz it was cheap in prime sale. Had never tried chromebook before. Once I familiarised myself with it, super easy to use, battery lasts an age and barely bother with my £500 windows laptop anymore. Was so impressed, I bought a second one in the next prime sale. Highly recommended. Nice rubber edge too so don't worry about knocking it.

Great for tween daughter
Purchased for my 11 year old ready for high-school for £120 I can't complain synced up with her android phone so set up was minimal all her school work is browser based and has Google docs already installedDownside as an avid Windows user I had to Google basics of right click on this device but soon got the hang of it all set up charged and put away for Christmas

I was very unsure about purchasing, but very happy I did
The chromebook arrived in almost perfect condition, worked perfectly from the first time I opened it and has worked perfectly since.Does what it is made to do very well, speed is great.I feel like I conned them I got such a good deal for the money, highly recommend.

total rubbish
After I purchased the computer, it stopped working about a month later. No matter what we would do, (charged from multiple locations, tried different way to turn on, etc), it would not turn on. Just a blank screen. I called technical support and after trouble shooting they asked that I mail the laptop back to them so they could fix it, which I did. When I got the laptop back, it worked for about 2 months then stopped working again. Same problem. I called support back and now going through the same process again.
