I suffer with POTS, MCAS, HEDS, and more, so struggling in the heat and with constant pain is exhausting. This product is SO easy to use, and the relief is INSTANT! I bought a box of 25 to take with me when I go camping at LARP, and will make sure to have a few stashed in my walker and my wheelchair. The only drawback is of course that they are disposable, however that is a compromise I am willing to make in the name of health and safety being as accessible as this.

I purchased these for my anxiety when im away from home. I honestly didnt even know they existed, but how cool are they! I have an upcoming trip and am nervous my anxiety will spike and I wont have access to a cold pack to help break the anxiety rise. I tried one and it lasts about 10-15 mins, was easy to crack, and got cold instantly. I think these will work great for my purposes! There is no smell, and I was able to hold it to my skin with no cold burn.
