Nice & quiet I purchased a variable voltage adjuster to slow it down and that also works well to keep it wisper quiet.It is installed on my Scamp 5th wheel to move air from my propane refrigerator that now works very well and cold.The fan has steel blades so it will last. the fan has a brush less motor for long life.It is a great buy I would recommend it to anyone who wants to move air !

I am using this fan as an exhaust fan and it works very well. It is a bit noisy, but I use it in an area where noise is not an issue. It is well made and sturdy and does the job. I purchased this fan in conjuction with a speed control adjuster switch and they work great together. I am able to turn the fan speed up and down manually. Otherwise the fan only operates on one speed.This is a great choice/substitute for a more expensive exhaust fan. It may not be pretty, but it is pretty good at doing what its supposed to to - exhaust!Overall I would recommend this product.

This fan was perfect for my project. I used it to create an air filter. It works well with a single MERV 9 filter. One feature to keep in mind. The air coming out of the fan has a bit of force, but quickly loses that force as the funnel is not long and the air blows out in a large cone. Air velocity is completely lost approximately 5 inches from end of the fan. (Keep in mind this is while using a MERV 9 filter which reduces air flow.)Noise Level: Noisy up to one room. (Close the door and you will be fine)

Very loud. The description states that the unit is 37 db. Unfortunately that is not the case with the unit I received. Otherwise it creates great air flow.

Works well although additional sizes to fit various duct sizes would be a benefit.

This is for the:Hydro Crunch 4" Inline Booster Fan 15-Watt 100 CFM110/120V standard plugI got this to replace a bathroom vent I got to help vent work area. I have no way to tell if it indeed pushes 100cfm but it sure as heck does not feel like it. The bathroom vent is rated at only 50cfm and the flaps on the vent, which is only 5 feet away attached to 4" tube, open up at least 60% of the way. This thing didn't even make them move. I left it on for 10 minutes and still the flaps didn't even move. I would have not even checked the flaps if it was not for when I plugged it in, with out hooked up to the hose, it felt about as strong as a AA battery hand held fan. Seriously weak. Maybe I got a bad motor. It didn't give off any smell of being burnt out or anything so I assume this is just what is being sent out.In any case I am going to return for refund as I don't want to chance on getting another bad motor OR this just being how weak it is. Maybe whom ever wrote the info in meant for it to say 10cfm or even maybe 100cfh (cubic feet per HOUR) because wow this product is really bad.
