This is my first bottle, I’ve been taking them for almost a month and I will def be buying more, this has helped my period regulate and to mention my periods have been out of wack since last year.. these DONOT make me nauseated or give me acid reflux and heartburn.. normally multivitamins give me that after taking them for a week.. I hate pills and these are so easy to swallow, they leave no after taste or any taste at all while waiting to be swallowed, however I do like the sweet herbal smell. My skin looks amazing and supple and it’s got the right amount of VitD recommended for a daily, I don’t go outside to much or consume enough orange juice or any at all.
