Awesome, Fast Drying, Easy to Apply, Perfect Color Match at a Fair Price-Made in USA!🇺🇸
The “Rust-Oleum 213174 .6-Ounce Specialty Brush Bottle Appliance Touch Up, Black Glossy” arrived promptly and was better than described online. PROS: (No CONS observed.) * I chose this high-quality, dependable Brand “Rust-oleum Black Glossy Appliance Touch-up” to repair a large chip measuring 3/4” x 1-1/4” on the front edge of my black porcelain stovetop. * EASY-to-USE with PERFECT RESULTS! Appliance Touch-up can be applied to metal, porcelain and enamel surfaces. It is a quick-drying acrylic lacquer that provides a long- lasting , high-gloss finish. * Quick-dry feature makes it useful on daily used stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and more. * Apply on exterior surfaces only in places where temperatures do not exceed 200°F. * Use in well-ventilated areas - open the windows during use. * Instructions on the back of the package are easy to follow: Begin by shaking the 0.6oz bottle to mix contents well. (1) Clean the scratched or chipped surface with soap & water. Dry thoroughly. I applied a final wipe with rubbing alcohol after that. (2) apply Appliance touchup in even strokes using the tapered brush attached to the bottle lid. (3) for deep scratches or chips apply multiple layers. (4) allow to dry for 10 minutes between coats. (5) for best results allow to dry overnight before use. (6) while still wet, clean up any excess or mistakes with lacquer thinner, rubbing alcohol or acetone. (7) Extend the brush strokes slightly beyond the scratch or chip for best results. * My stovetop is covered with a large Amazon Silicone rubber protective mat. This mat protects the stovetop from spills and droppings from the microwave directly above the stovetop. However the edges of the stovetop are not covered by the mat. A dish fell from the microwave causing the huge chip on the stovetop’s front edge. Dependable Rust-oleum to the rescue! * Manufactured in the USA 🇺🇸! Enjoy your newly repaired appliance! Highly Recommended.

Works well enough! Fixed the chip visually and functionally: A good deal!
Relatively simple process, like painting nails with two thin layers. Good enough result, see picture. There's a large chip in this range's enamel and the dark steel was bare. Previously used another epoxy claiming to fix it, looked like we put a chewing gum on. Terrible. So we scratched it off again, carefully, with a cutter and used this on the now slightly bigger spot. One thin layer started throwing waves when we tried to wipe the edges thinner with isoprop maybe 30sec after application. Removed the entire, half-dried layer again, an easily job with cottonball and acetone. Started over. Two thin layers, maybe half an hour apart, make our formerly obvious damage truly inconspicuous. Not invisible on close inspection, color is slightly mismatched and surface at interface shows a bit. But looks great from a normal distance and draws zero attention. Tries super hard, but could be gently smoothed with knife edge. Will last the appliance's lifetime. This, chewing gum epoxy, is how to do it. Optically the unit is ok, it won't rust and the bottle's almost full. We's also treated spots on other appliances now. It's a little like nail paint. New appliance vs this? Good value!

It touched up my scratch
I bought this to touch up a scratch on my washer. It did the job and the color was pretty close to an exact match. Not sure if it leaked because there was silicon material inside the packaging. I think it is there to keep the bottle from moving around because the silicon material was clear in color. When using make sure you don't let the brush get exposed to the air too much as it appears the paint dries up pretty quick. I found this out when applying the paint. By the time I prepared myself to apply the paint it pretty much had dried up so some of my paint strokes did not come out smooth. Also, it doesn't appear to be too much paint in the bottle as I had to completely submerge the brush into the bottle to get paint on the brush. Overall, the scratch is not noticeable unless you know where it was and look really hard for it. I'm happy with the end result. Not sure if the rest in the bottle will be available at a later date due to possibly drying up after opening it and exposing the paint to air. Hopefully I won't have to fid out.

This is fantastic for a really quick minor touch up!
This paint is wonderful! If you can use the brush-on type white out, this works exactly the same. I wouldn't use it in areas where there's a lot of light, because you probably will notice a difference in color or gloss-level. This is glossy. However, for little paint chips, it's helpful. I've only used it on wood trim, mostly by doorways and despite most of that paint having a semi-gloss finish, this certainly looks a ton better than any bare wood that has been exposed. It's simple and there's no dripping or cleanup. Takes a bit of time to dry, but it's good for a quick "fix" until you fill in and properly fix up an area that has been slightly damaged. This really is for chips. Don't expect it to fill in any deep gauches, though, it will certainly make them less visible. I do not think this will work well on most walls though. It's probably better as a door/wood trim touch up kind of paint and yes, it is fairly durable. I have had my bottle for about a year and I have yet for any of it to come off. One important thing to note: it does have a prop 65 warning, which usually means that it's very effective (from my experience). However, it also is far from low VOC. The solvent smell carries throughout rooms very readily, so this is something you'll only want to use on a day when you can have windows open and better yet, close doors to the touched up room. The smell will last for a few hours or so, but that also depends on ambient temperature/humidity level (like any paint). One last tip, if you have a central AC/Heating system, turn your vents off!! You will spread the smell otherwise. It is extremely strong.

Covers the nicks on my refrigerator
I had small nicks on my white refrigerator. The color matches perfectly and I no longer see the nicks.

$1,600 a gallon.
The paint is fine, at the very least you should get the 0.6 ounces you are paying for. My new bottle weighs 0.8 ounces so I am sure that at best I am getting 0.4 ounces of paint. Come on man.

Worked well
I purchased this to touch up a porcelain sink, as well as some rust spots on a fridge. It worked well. It does smell strong--like nail polish, but it dried quickly and the fumes aren't overwhelming. This paint worked really well on the sink and matched well. However, it was definitely brighter than the white fridge I used it on, so now, instead of having a zillion tiny rust spots, it has a zillion tiny white spots. I guess it's the better option. For the money, it was a good solution.

En el recuadro de mi horno se estaba empezando a oxidar, lije un poco y aplique 2 capas esperando 1 hora entre cada capa. Quedó perfecto. Segunda vida al Horno !!!!
