I have the small and they fit snug but not too snug- I’f you have loose skin you might want the mediums- because if too tight I feel it makes any fat excess more noticeable on top- I love them very comfortable I have been wearing yummies for years- love that it flattens my stomach but the thong does not flatten your butt- I am a size 4 athletic curvy build for reference
