I am convinced that the people complaining that it leaks are not using it properly.Take a minute to feel how the "plug" portion screws in: There is a detent or tension point for the "pour" setting -- i.e. not closed! You need to keep turning past the initial tension to close it.This detent is an excellent feature, as it shows you exactly how far to unscrew it to pour liquids, without losing the cap.Another excellent feature I haven't seen discussed is that the cup itself is well insulated.This keeps your hands from burning when you are holding a hot drink, and keep the drink hotter for longer.You should buy this because it pays for itself in coffee/tea/hot chocolate out. It's that simple.
