Great ink cartridges
Works just a well as the Pitney Bowes ink at a much lower price!

quality product and great customer service
I wrote earlier that I had a problem with my ink cartridge, however, the customer service which I received was absolutely AMAZING!!! I could not ask for any one better. Chris contacted me immediately and took care of the situation and even checked in with me to make sure everything was going great!!! I will be using them in the future and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

DOES NOT WORK WITH PITNEY BOWES
worked for a little over a month then completely messed up our machine and quit printing. We had to spend hours on the phone with customer service trouble shooting to get to the bottom of what was wrong and it came to find out the ink cartridge was the issue. They sent us a new pitney bowes cartridge and machine has been working. I am warning you do not spend your money on this product because it will back fire.

Great purchase
It arrived quickly, fit perfectly in the machine as indicated and cost less than ordering from the company the machine was purchased from. Made in the USA, this is the second cartridge we have purchased.

great alternative to the name brand
this ink works as expected in our Pitney Bowes machine and it is almost half the price of the name brand.

Works Kinda - Not reliable
Bought the 2 pack because we were going into busy season and would need the back up. Only one of the cartridges worked, the postage meter just kept giving an error code when the 2nd one was installed. Did all the troubleshooting possible but that ink cartridge was the only issue. Sucks that now its a waste of money to have done that.

Prints really well and looks nice. Not sure about the capacity and how long the ink lasts, but so far so good

May not work in your PB Mailstation
I have purchased this exact ink cartridge previously and it worked fine in my Pitney Bowes Mailstation but this time it did not work. I do not know if PB made an update that forces you to use their very expensive ink cartridges or what but I tried two of these cartridges and neither one of them worked. We tried every trick and tip we could find to make them work but just did not have any luck. But I will try again once my expensive PB cartridge starts running low. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time around.
