DEVA Vegan Calcium Magnesium Supplement, Plus Zinc, Vitamins C, D & K, Boron, 90 Tablets

I have been taking these for about three months to aid in osteoporosis and even though they have less calcium than some supplements, I like the fact that there is vitamin K incorporated which is needed for absorption of calcium, so I don't have to buy separately. Also, there are other very beneficial things like copper and zinc that are missing from other supplements. I think this is a great maintenance supplement for those who have supplemented drastic calcium deficiencies already.

Loving these. As a vegan It's hard to get enough calcium regularly, this makes it easy for me to stay on top of my calcium consumption. I can feel these after about half an hour after taking them. If you're looking for a calcium a source that is loaded with other essential vitamins, these might be your go to! Warning they are a larger vitamin.

They are big pills sometimes difficult to swallow, but have the vitamins I was looking for.

I have been taking these supplements for about six months and for the first time ever I have about eight solid hours of sleep per night and never wake up tired or groggy. I have always had about 5 hours of sleep per night as my norm and I have always awakened unrested. It’s amazing how lacking certain nutrients can affect the body in such a major way and one small tweak can change everything! I will continue to use this product, and it is a plus that it contains other vitamins and nutrients.

Happy with the quality but omg I cannot swallow these safely. Would not recommend.
