Copper Crisper

This is just exactly what I need for my hot air fryer. It lifts food from the bottom pan so if it drips, it goes to the solid sheet underneath. I find it works great for cooking french fries, shrimp or anything I want to be crispy as it allows the hot air to go all the way around evenly. I use it much more than any other cookware for my hot air fryer.

Enjoy using this in the toaster / counter top convection oven. It just fits perfectly in our Oster oven. We love using it for fries or reheating chicken tenders or pizza, even fish sticks for a quick snack of mini fish tacos. Use the bottom pan for making bars or brownies, cookies or even baked suppers like lasagna roll ups. Save cooking in the big oven & don’t heat up the kitchen now that the furnace is off & the air conditioning will be on again. Cook it all with this one little pan set in the table top oven instead. A simple thing we like to do is to add a spritz of olive oil or a few smears of butter to the rack to ensure nothing sticks & to impart more flavor; then toss whatever is in season for veggies in a bowl with seasoning like ranch, maybe some garlic & pepper, creole, or whatever flavor you prefer; then transfer the veggies & seasoning mix to the pan rack to bake in the small oven until fork- tender. Eat with your favorite protein from the grill.

It is easy to use and clean. plus it did a nice job crisping my veggies. easy better than getting an air fryer to take up counter space. Note- It is not very big.

I do not have an air fryer and I did not want to buy another appliance for my already cluttered kitchen counters, so I thought I would give this a try and I am glad I did! It works great! Items placed on the grate above turn out crispy on all sides and the tray below catches all the crumbs. It is non-stick and easy to clean and it looks beautiful!

I cook a lot of crunchy and baked foods. This device cook them to perfection. The more you use it the bottom pan becomes hard to clean but it is very sturdy device. I would recommend this product. Great for cooking foods that you don't want to fry but still have that crunchy texture.

I bought two. I wish something larger was available. I also found that the drip tray is so nonstick that it slides/slips on oven racks too easily. Does it’s job as long as your oven/air fryer setting also works as intended.

I absolutely love this basket pan combo for my air fryer. Used together, the basket allows plenty of air to circulate around the food top and bottom. Both are fairly easy to clean up. I have just two suggestions: offer different sizes, as this is a little small for my air fryer. And the bottom of the pan needs a non-slip surface, it slides all over the rack I set it on. Other than that, I'm very pleased with it!
