FUN, FLEXIBLE AND FANTASTIC
These are fantastic, fun and flexible! Fantastic as are polarized and cut out JUST RIGHT amount of light, if you want MAXIMUM reduction, these might not be for you, as I do NOT like reducing my vision too much when I drive. Fun as the first photo implies they are fun and just last two days I got about a half dozen compliments yet I've had these almost a year now! Flexible in that they not only flip all the way up or down but can leave in almost ANY ANGLE you want! This is REALLY helpful for some cars I am in the dash is quite dark when bright outside so can leave up a little to see dashboard yet get full sun protection! PLUS THE CLIP ON STYLE is the PERFECT kind, some other clipons I bought are not! These will fit virtually any kind of glasses from thinnest to thickest for which I had thin when I bought these but new prescription glasses are quite thick (think Buddy Holly style) and these still work well! Okay, so one very minor complaint, one of the four "rubber" (silicone?) protectors on the clip has come off and I lost it (found it first two times but pretty sure gone now) and if any way those can be stuck on better would be ONLY improvement I can suggest! These are great size as they fully cover my rather large prescription glasses to totally transform my look from Clark Kent in the office to Hell on Wheels outside! DEFINITELY WILL BUY again, maybe even soon just to have a spare in other car.

Great lightweight flip-ups to turn any pair of glasses into sunglasses
I have a pair of wide framed aviator-style prescription glasses that I wear because they're lightweight and comfortable for every day use. These flip-up, clip-on sunglasses fit perfectly on these frames and allow me to go from regular glasses to sunglasses in less than a second. I remember these being popular in the 80's and 90's and it seemed like every dad with glasses had a pair of flip up sunglass lenses. I was tired of having to pull out my second pair of prescription sunglasses every time I went outdoors momentarily or switch glasses while driving. They're more convenient than transition lenses because they work instantly so you don't have to wait for your glasses to lighten up after you've been outside. They're polarized as advertised and have a pretty dark tint on them. The clip assembly is sturdy and well made unlike some other clip-ons I tried from amazon, and there's little rubber covers on the clip so it doesn't scratch up your lenses. Overall, they're a great cheap and easy solution for turning regular glasses into sunglasses.

check the fitting to your plastic precision frames
I have been using this one for few days, including 2 times 2-hour driving, one passing through a tunnel in driving and an afternoon at the sunny beach. What urges me to come up writing the review is that tunnel experience. The "clip-on" feature works perfectly on this circumstance. I could flip up the sun glasses lenses quickly myself, without the trouble taking a whole sunglasses off my precision glasses. Before this, I used the sunglasses over the precision glasses, which somehow introduced more blind spots for me, since the sung glasses frames do not fit 100% on my glasses, and the two legs of the extra pair of glasses just occlude more my 50' angle vision (rear right side of the car, even when I turn my head to the rear right). That's why I decided to give this inexpensive pair of clip on a try. The first thing you really want to be careful before the purchase is whether this would fit your frame or not. As stated by other reviewers, there is a "bar" underneath the black spring clip, that may cause the clip-on lenses too high on top of your precision glasses. I would like to added that it is not just the existence of this bar, but also the "shape" of this bar may be the cause. The bar is in ㄇ shape so that this ㄇ together with the two rubber ends of the clip can squeeze your precision lenses in the middle. But this bar would only want to stay on top of the top end of your precision glasses frame... and that's probably why the clip on ends up riding too high. My solution: I use a pair of scissors to slowly cut off that two legs of the ㄇ-shape bar... which mitigates the issue slightly.. but not completely. Now the clip-on almost fits on top of my glasses, except the inner corners of the frames of the two lenses was a little bit outside the sun glasses lenses. The lenses darken the view pretty well when it is sunny (tested by the glittering shining reflection of the waves at the beach). But since this pair is so inexpensive, I am not sure how well it protects my eyes from sun light .... I did feel a bit eye sore after these two days of using it. But that could have just been the beach is too sunny...... I will come up update when I have more info/review about this. In the shipped package, there is a lazer pattern sticker. It says "TEST: wear glasses to see the beautiful pattern." On the sticker it shows a fisherman swing when you look at it with bare eyes. When you look at the sticker through the sun glasses, the "fish" shows up. I am not sure why this is a good test for a pair of sun glasses. But when I tried with my other polarized sun glasses, this happens too. I did the simple polarized test by this and another pair of sun glasses too, and at some angle, the light is occluded more then at other angles. The lenses are not super delicate for scratch. I keep it in the black sleeve that come with them, and put it in my purse. I think there may have been some pressing against them in my purse. But it has been fine. The edge of the lenses is not hurt/scratch yet. Bottom line: this is a good inexpensive solution for driving with precision glasses for short trips (under 2 hrs). If you are seeking for more eye care kind of thing, then this price of sun glasses may not give you too much protection on your eyes from the sun.

Works fine but poor quality
I really like the lens, darker than the other (royal blue one) that I purchased. Bit dark for the mornings but great in the mid day and afternoon. Unfortunately, the quality is poor. I had the clip on for almost 2 months and then it broke- the piece that broke is one of the clip on arms and it just broke off completely. So now the lens is useless. Given the poor quality, it makes me wonder about the quality of the other clip ons that I purchased from the same manufacturer/ seller. Yes, I recognize that it is a cheap lens but I certainly expected it to last longer. My previous cheap clipons all lasted for 2-3 years use.

WOW ....Fantastic difference for the both of us!
Had the opportunity to use these clip on aviator style over my metal framed prescription glasses today. I'm nearsighted and am required to wear them when driving. Clip on was a snap. Squeeze center clip, two "feet" extend, slip them over the frame, let go and the coated feet grab onto your lenses securely. One finger now flips them up or down. I drove to town with a crystal clear sky and the sun was directly overhead. We still have snow on the ground and with the glare and brightness, this was a perfect opportunity to test these out. After you get used to the color difference ( takes about a minute for your eyes to adjust) and flip up the yellow lenses, I IMMEDIATELY noticed how much glare and brightness was bouncing off the snow and into my eyes. Enough where you wanted to squint. I flipped the lenses down and was amazed at how much more comfortable and clearer my surroundings were. My eyes felt "relaxed" if there is such a thing. I live on a lake and KNOW these will be of great benefit when we're on the boat. I now understand why snowmobilers and skiers use these lenses. I'll give an update when I use them during rainy or night time conditions. But in snow and clear blue skies, these are fantastic in dampening down the glare and brightness. I had the opportunity to use them during rain and foggy conditions, and it certainly made a fantastic difference for me. I don't usually drive at night, so I still cant comment on it. After my experience, I bought a pair for my husbands glasses. He cant say enough good things about them. He too was amazed at the difference it made for him. He does a lot of driving( 30,000+ miles a year)for business. He suffers from Glaucoma, Both forms of macular degeneration and intra-ocular eye pressure and wearing these over his prescription glasses has caused less stress and he says his eyes feel "less tired" after driving for long periods........and that's a good thing.
