Great Value!!! Works Well...
Hisense makes a value priced TV that hold up well. This is my second Hisense TV. I bought a 58 inch Hisense in 2021 that I ended up giving to my sister, she still loves it. I got my 75 inch through Amazon in April of 2024. It hasn't missed a beat since! I paid extra to have Amazon unbox it and remove the packaging. It was easy to setup. I use it for streaming all the time. I added the Roku app and others in my quest for the ultimate streaming capability. The picture is very watchable, brightness, contrast and color are all good. I mainly use my TV in "theater mode." I'd say its a durable product based on the use I've had since April of 2024.

Perfect! 10 on a 10!
A quick review: TV arrived in perfect shape.Packed very nicely in heavy duty box with thick foam and several plastic straps around it- I appreciate the straps because they are great to secure the package shut and help to grab the box to move it around. TV was really super easy to set up and it was not to heavy for one person to move around for setup- ( I'm 62 and I put it on a wall mount by myself ) - it's not cheap feeling light weight but it feels solid and quality. The remote is nice and set up well so it's easy to use and not overly complicated-A+! The picture quality is truly wonderful...rich and crystal clear - A+. I live in a rural area and only use an antenna ( plus screen cast from my laptop ) and even with just an indoor antenna the reception is fantastic and the picture quality crisp and beautiful. I am super pleased with my TV and would recommend it without hesitation.

Surprisingly great TV for the price.
For a budget TV don't hesitate. I was skeptical and picky but just needed a TV for the spare room. What the heck, it's inexpensive with some nice features. The android interface is smooth and full featured even if it's proprietary. The TV almost has as many settings and fine tuning settings of my 6x more expensive TV. After some adjustments the picture is great. The remote is limited but works great and is voice capable. I use an old 5.1 sound system with toss/optical with no problem. (some channels and apps I have to change the output setting. But if you have a newer 'hdmi' sound bar you shouldn't have to) I'm not a professional/fanatical gamer but all my PC games on Steam look good. Only 60fps but minimal if any lag/latency. Is it as good as my my dedicated 120hz PC monitor? No, but for the games I want on a 50inch screen it's great. HDR is in the "eye of the beholder" and over-sold in my opinion. As long as the 4k picture looks great, I can live without it. But the 4k and HDR looks as good as my other TV.Also... 1080p, 720p and even 480p scale and looks great. (like any TV, you will have to adjust the settings) I have not found any fault, quirk or problem with set. If my Sony goes out I'm moving this to the living room.

Nice TV But Was It New?
I watched video after video of unboxing of this TV on Youtube.com. Without fail each person would remove the large sheet of protective plastic off the screen. My TV came with no such protective plastic. Just a roll of packing tape around the outside edges holding the marketing materials in place. Makes me think it's a return sold to me as new. Not good.As far as the TV goes, it's nice. Has a great picture, some great features. The Google TV setup is really invasive as far as privacy is concerned. It asks for Google account sign to setup the TV then will show every channel you are subbed to on Youtube.com. There's more but if you are concerned about privacy you've been warned. The good thing is the TV offers two setups, one for Google TV or just basic. Basic will allow no privacy issues and you can use it like most TVs with cable, blueray players, or gaming system or even over the air antenna. You can connect to the internet with either wifi or ethernet connection. I setup as Google TV at first. But the home screen shoves "buy this " in your face over letting you see your favorites apps first. Since I have a Roku player I just set up the TV again as basic and used that. Some functions I liked though are the reset button on the back. It allows you to reset to factory settings and the choose Google TV or basic setup. If you're unhappy with your choice, just reset and set up it again. The other thing some were saying the there is a button for Menu at the bottom of the TV and their TV didn't have it. I thought so on my as well. Looked everywhere and there was nothing but a red light plastic thing that does nothing. Well the menu button is actually behind that. Strange place for it and hard to find but it's there is remote batteries go back. Also Hisense TVs do not come with 4k activated. You have change settings in the HDMI settings to advance format. This is under menu on remote not settings. Overall a nice TV but the Google TV is just too much and cluttered. Prefer my Roku which plays well with this TV. I give this 4 stars as I think I was sent a return or used one.
