I've recently started using a pair of gym shorts that come with built-in compression shorts, and despite an initial adjustment period, they've turned out to be a fantastic addition to my workout gear.Comfort and Fit:At first, wearing these without traditional undergarments felt a bit new and uncomfortable. I like these shorts for the most part. They are very comfortable, a good length, and good quality. They fit pretty big so I would go down a size from what you would normally wear. One thing I don’t like is how high the pocket is on the spandex part of the shorts for your phone and my phone is pretty loose when it’s in there so there is a lot of movement. I am 6’4 325 and I ordered a 3XL which I returned for a 2xl and actually could go down to a 1xl. Pockets are a good depth and items don’t fall out. Overall I like them.

At outset by seeing pictures looks like inside tight is lengthy. But inside tight is shorter. Otherwise quality and size is very nice.

I purchased these for tread mills and weight lifting. The hold up well and look great. The instruction say not to tumble dry so I air dry them on a hanger or show curtain rod and they look very good 4 months later. I can't speak to the phone pocket getting loose as I don't use it while running. My otter box would destroy the skinny little pocket. Good for a skinny phone, ID or keys like another reviewer said. The shorts are worth the $15 each price point without a doubt.

Shorts are nice and it’s cool to have the supportive liner but it’s a little loose compared to any other compression I’ve used before. Also, drawstrings are very long.

These workout shorts were a trial buy for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they are made. Yes, they are thin, but the material is sturdy. The inner lining is perfect for those exercises where you don't want to show the world everything when lying down. Having pockets is a plus, not so much for exercise, but when you drive to the gym or stop off at the store, a good place for keys and wallet, etc.

These are decent shorts. Good price. The liner could be better. I’ve owned these for about a month and the liners started getting loose to the point my phone now flops around in the liner pocket. Not ideal for runs. I ended up having to hold my phone in my hand for my last half marathon because the flopping around was just too much. The pocket is fine for an ID or credit card or even a couple keys. Just not my phone.

Es un shorts bastante cómodo tengo bastante sobrepeso y la talla 2xl me quedo de maravilla la licra interna amolda bastante bien a la pierna y puedes guardar tu celular en la bolsa interna de la licra si quieres empezar con tu cambio físico pero otras marcas de "renombre" te cobran con precios elevados las tallas más grandes sin dudarlo la marca Neleus es la solución a ese problema

After wearing these shorts twice and washing them, the material itself starts to pull. After spending all that money on 3 shorts they should at least last a bit longer. It's a great design and concept with the tights inside but not durable at all. What a waste
