I thought a sachet was something you leave in your dresser drawers to make them smell nice, but it turns out it can also be packaging for a group of items, in this case one of two groups of 10 plastic vials containing sterile normal saline 2.5 ml for nebulizers. So that solves that question!This product arrived with the outside box open, but the interior "sachets" (which appear to be foil-lined heavy duty plastic) were intact, so I decided to use the product. I use it for dry eye and occasional contact lens wear, as my eye specialist had suggested. These vials and the product in them are definitely pharmaceutical grade, and made in France, not China, which I found reassuring. The 2.5 ml vials are ideal for carrying in my purse to "refresh" my dry eyes/contacts as needed. At $15 for a package of 20, it's expensive, in my opinion. However, this being the first time I had tried the product, I did not wish to shell out at least $20 for many normal saline individual dose vials. I did take one star off for the expensiveness.I found the vials opened easily, and the product inside was great. I would recommened these!
