Nice sealer at a bargain basement price!
The Nanahome Vacuum Sealer I purchased through Amazon performed like a champion!I purchased this as a birthday gift for my lovely wife, but, since it''s several months away, I took the sealer out for a test drive. Since I buy and sell items on Ebay frequently, I tried it out by sealing up a bag of opened printer cartridges that will be shipped with the printer when it sells. I placed the six cartridges in one of the supplied bags, placed the open end into the mouth of the sealer, hit the "vacuum seal" button, and in a few seconds I had a perfectly sealed bag. The unit performed perfectly. I can't wait to give it to my wife for her birthday, as she loves to cook.Great item at a great price!

NanaHome Vacuum Sealer
Although the vacuum feature is intermittent, it does vacuum and seal.I do, however, like that I don't have to put continuous pressure on the device to vacuum or seal and the drip tray is easy in, easy out. Overall, it is tolerable for the price. You MUST use embossed bags or you will meet with disappointment.

Sealer Works Okay
This works reasonably well. However, some bags did not seal properly and gained air back after sealing. I used the roll of bags. Some retained their seal. Must be sure you use it, "Just so." I agree with another customer who said; "seal the bag twice for better seal." It really does not suction out well enough.

Handy to have
I wish I had not waited so long to order a food sealer. It has been really come in hand to have around. I save money now by buying meat/chicken in bulk, dividing up and sealing for freezer storage for future use. The machine is really easy to use, plug it in and your ready to go. It runs quietly and efficiently. I have been using it for almost 2 months now. The meats left over from the first batch sealed are still in good condition, air tight and no freezer burn. My husband is a chef so his primary use for this sealer is to use during sous vide cooking.

Buy something else, spend a bit more because 25$ is too much for a clunky paperweight.
We bought this about 8 months ago and used it a lot (1 or 2 times/week). It takes some working to get it to suck all the air out. The sensor that senses when all the air is sucked out is very touchy and often starts sealing before all the air is out. So, I had to use just the vacuum button (not the vac/seal button) so I could make sure the air was out before it sealed. Now, it senses that the air is all out about 2 seconds after it starts regardless of what button is pushed sucking. It is worthless now. I guess you get what you pay for. $25 dollars will not get you a good vacuum sealer.

Broker After 10 uses
Should only give it one star, but it did perform the way it was advertised. Two issues, the item came not fitted together correctly, but it still worked so we kept it. The mason jar attachment bought separately was the most effective feature. The problem is that the unit stopped working after about 10 times, of course right after the warranty ended. Now we bought a Food Saver that has much better sunction power and seems better built. Maybe we had a dud, which is why I gave it two stars. I did like the small size.

Good starter
Doesn’t always vacuum seal on the first try. Overall a decent machine for less than $35

I love it!
When my Rival Seal-a-Meal machine died, I got out the Sous Vide sealer which came with the Sous Vide cooker; I am not happy with the suction on the latter vacuum sealer, so I bought the NanaHome V1 as a replacement. I'm thrilled with the ease of use with the NanaHome and the suction power it has. It does the job well and I like the low profile. It is the best one I've bought.
