I head a feeling that this will be one of those impulsive buys. We recently bought dehydrator and i discovered that the best tastiest dried fruit is apple. And they need to be decored before you slice them. The decoreing part was super annoying. I couldn't get a clean and nice look of a decored slices. I looked at the stores for an apple decorer and to my surprise could find one anywhere. So i went to Amazon and bought this one. This decorer is the best thing for prepping apples. I use it every single time when i have an apple in my hand. Super easy to use super easy to clean. Nice and sturdy. When im using it im twisting it at the same time and results are great every time. I absolutely love it. This is one of those things that you might not use every single day, but when you need it you feel lucky you have it. I highly recommend it. The quality is great, no flaws and it functions very well.

I make apple pies and crumbles all the time, and the hardest part of the job is peeling and coring the apples. That's why when I saw this Cusipro corer reviewed on America's Test Kitchen, I decided to take a chance and buy it. It is definitely the best apple corer I've used. Not only does it have a larger diameter to remove more of the core, the core can be disposed of quickly and easily without putting your fingers at risk. The only downside is that, like any other apple corer, it's possible to miss the core altogether if it doesn't line up between the top blossom and the bottom of the core. After all, apples are mechanical and sometimes the core is at an angle. Nonetheless, for a very modest price, this is a definite upgrade to whatever you're using now to core an apple. I've thrown out the others that I owned and have adopted the Cusipro as my go-to tool for baking apples!

This works pretty well. The bottom that pierces through the apple is actually surprisingly sharp. This tool is also very sturdy. I thought from viewing online that this would be large and clunky. However, it seems smaller than it appears online (to me at least). I've run it through the dishwasher several times and water has not become trapped in the handle, and it still looks brand new. I do still find myself reaching for a pearing knife, when preparing one apple... but if making a pie or crisp I would opt for this!

I’m very pleased with this corer. It cuts the apples easily and evenly. The handle is sturdy and comfortable to hold. The cores are easily removed from the tool. Although it is the largest size available in any brand, it is still slightly narrow for use with large apples. I had ordered from Amazon at the same time the Ozkanlar fruit coring knife and found that it is the perfect follow-up for getting the rest of the core out of bigger apples.

I used this for the first time yesterday and have to say that I am amazed that it works so good. I should have bought one of these years ago. It is so easy to use you'll be surprised at how easy at the job it does do. I figured that it was going to be a cheap item but is a well-made tool. If you are on the fence about buying this just get it. I would recommend this product. Update: I bought this Dec 2018 and now it is March 2019 and use it just about every other day and love this corer. Two things that need to be answered is why anyone would need to wash this in a dishwasher? The second question is, these cost about $10.00 each so why would anyone order the two for $29.99 deal when you could just buy two for $20.00? No need to answer.

I am not someone who likes to have 1 purpose gadgets in my kitchen. When I make apple pie or apple sauce, I can core them easily as I slice them. However when I make my Granny's Old Fashioned Apple Dumplings or Baked Apples, coring is a pain to do with a knife. I used to frustrate myself and do it by hand. Sometimes splitting the apple in the process. This is a MUST HAVE gadget if you make apple dumplings or baked apples where you leave the apple whole but just remove the core. This is the best tool, it slides through it so easily and the core just pops out. I just rinse it with water and then put it in my rack to dry thoroughly. It is small and hardly takes up any space in my drawer with my other kitchen tools. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner! As to some of the commenters who said this rusts, I would just say don't put it in the dishwasher and it will last longer As I said I just rinse mine well under hot water and let it air dry thoroughly. And if it does rust? I will just buy another, it's only $10.

If you're looking for an apple corer, this is a very good choice. It's very solid, works well. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended!

This has a bigger diameter so it gets the core of the apple out in one go. It also opens up in one press tp release the core. All and all I think it’s great and would recommend it.

Très facile d'utilisation j'utilise beaucoup en été avec toutes les pommes que je mange. Très pratique et rapide lorsqu'on doit éplucher et vider une dizaine de pomme tous les 3 jours.

This apple corer removes the entire core of you apples or pears. It's very easy to release the core from the tool, and its easy to clean, a very sturdy product.

Prático, de corte preciso e sem necessidade de fazer força. Fácil de lavar. Achei uma excelente aquisição e recomendo com empenho.
