I loved the graphics, performance, & how good the case is. Downside is that it’s a 1 TB I recommend buying a 2 TB

Got a great deal with on this back in May. It plays the games I like at 1440p without any issues. (MSFS2020, RDR2, F1 2023, etc) I didn't really care too much what the case looked like, but I was expecting a Silver case based on the Amazon page. I like the white case that I received...especially with the RGB off. This is the first PC I've had with an AIO cooler and unless I'm gaming or encoding something, you can't even tell that the PC powered up most of the time. It came with a Gigabyte 4070 Eagle OC GPU which is also amazingly quiet and capable imo. I haven't needed to use their support so far, so I can't vouch for it, but 'm very pleased with the system so far.

So I received this on my doorstep about 2 days after hitting the Buy button here on Amazon. The packaging was Top Notch. Nothing wiggled loose on shipping and upon inspection, it was a very clean-looking build with great cable management. Next was the first power on. This was fine, Windows 11 booted, however, I had no start menu visible. Since I didn't want to do anything wrong. I phoned Tech Support. I was placed into a waiting area but noticed I was #19, then it would jump to #32, #21, etc. I waited over an hour and still was in wait mode. I was given the option to have a callback and decided to do so. I then messaged the company on Twitter and immediately received an answer via DM. The name given was "court" I suspect that be an autocorrect for "KURT" in any event, he walked me thru the process (quite easy) and all was well. I did phone back Tech Support to have a question answered regarding the included extra screws and parts to inquire if these screws would be okay to use for the installation of an additional M.2 NVME Drive. Waited another 2 hours, and upon finally being answered I was met with another friendly person who promptly answered all my questions. It was also explained that the wait system they are using is currently faulty and is being corrected. They assured me this was quite unusual and looked to remedy this soon. Now, to the most important. The build quality I would describe as Excellent! Cable Management, Excellent. Performance is Excellent. I bought this to run Microsoft Flight Simulator, I only run MSFS in 1080P and have no desire to run in 1440 or 4k. Anyone with experience with flight swimming knows that MSFS is quite the test for any system. To get a 3070 or above for 1080P is not necessary. I am running this now at very high to ultra settings. I am getting near 50FPS at most Payware Airports, and 65+ in the air. That is exceptional results and far exceeded my expectations. I did install a 2nd 2TB M.2 NVME that MSFS2020 is installed on and another 2TB SSD for additional storage. The temperatures are great! 48c CPU temp when playing, 65c for the Graphics Card on load with MSFS. Awesome temperatures! This tells me that care was taken regarding appropriate cooling. Kudos to SkyTech Gaming. I encourage anyone that is looking for a great build to look no further than SkyTech Gaming. I am more than pleased after over a week of full testing. I should also share that just prior to seeing this computer for sale here on Amazon, I recently parted out my build that included all of these options. At the time of this writing, I saved over $400.00 by buying this pre-built model. The parts included were fair and reputable. I did as I said above purchase 2 additional drives for my needs. I'm not sure I could have built one better. This was really well done in every respect. I suppose as time goes on I may have to install a larger power supply if I decide to up the GPU but the one installed is fine at the moment. I am also thinking of disabling the onboard wifi and installing my own that has Wifi 6 but this is all my personal preference. I hope this is a detailed enough review for others to consider. I end this by saying, If your looking for a great pre-built, good customer support, and good parts, then look no further than SkyTech Gaming. I am pleased with my purchase.

*MY FIRST PREBUILT PC!* Well well well.. to be honest, I was a bit skeptical about my product when I read the reviews of hundreds of others that had bad experiences with Skytech. This skepticism was compounded as I read the reviews AFTER I purchased the product (I purchased the product because my buddy who builds PCs said this was a great deal). I admittedly got very anxious about the product, as well as its delivery to me (I chose 2nd day air shipping). First, what was unfortunate was that my shipping was delayed. As mentioned before, I paid for 2nd day shipping and it did not arrive in two days. I thought about the reviews I read where people had issues with shipping and I thought to myself... damn. Did I just get scammed out of shipping? So I sent an email to customer support and I was say almost instantaneously I received a reply AND refund for my shipping NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Fantastic!!! I was reading how customer support doesn’t get back to you, isn’t helpful, etc. So I was very surprised and happy that they got back to me so quickly. That was a huge relief. But wait, there’s more. I saw a discrepancy between the UPS shipping and Amazon shipping. Amazon said my order had shipped, yet UPS said it hadn’t received anything yet, only that a label was created. So that confused me... so I contacted customer support AGAIN, and immediately they got back to me and told me that everything on their end was completed and to wait for UPS to scan the item over the weekend (I ordered the PC thru Amazon on Wednesday). So I said ok... that’s ok. Saturday came, I got an updated saying the item was scanned they UPS, Sunday I got another update saying that my item will be delivered on Monday! Yay!!! So I received the item yesterday, and immediately I saw that the box was punctured a bit. That was a bit disheartening, but I was still optimistic. I opened the box, found a tinier box that had cords in, and began pulling out the item. The PC itself had a huge bag over it, which was pretty cool. So I pulled it out, took off the bag... and boy I was stoked. Everything looked clean physically, and I began to open the PC tempered glass door (which is very high quality IMO), and took out the safety foam from having the hardware move around o n the ride here (which I very much appreciated). Unlike other reviewers on here, I received my correct GPU, SSD, all the goods. I’m so happy about that! It’s been running great, (today is T+1 since having the PC) and I’m very optimistic about the future of the PC. I plan on purchasing a better monitor today and I will see how it all runs. But so far I am very happy and grateful everything came as advertised. Hope this helps!

I'm really impressed so far. I never knew what a luxury it was to see a bunch of fans spinning and not hear them at all. I had picked one up for a customer and was impressed enough with the performance and refinements that I ordered a 2nd for myself. I'm fairly savvy but haven't done a full teardown of the machine or anything. But, I've been impressed.
