I needed a cheap, simple gimbal, fast, for a really low tech project. It is cheap, simple, and it was fast.As advertised it has a single axis stabilizer - fine. No app needed - good. Bluetooth off/on that works as advertised.The bracket, on an iPhone, presses on the buttons as noted in another review.If you want landscape orientation that’s the tricky part. Since the clamp isn’t wide enough to clip in longways (I have an iPhone mini, so…totally hopeless for anything larger) so you have to get the phone balanced very VERY precisely so it will hang landscape. There is an orientation switch on the bracket but you still really have to get that landscape balance just right. That’s really the one thing it’s hard forgive, even if it is cheap. Still, for my $ and my low production value needs, it’s good enough.

I picked this up to use while recording content for Instagram and YouTube. It come with a carry pouch, user manual, and charging cable for the small removeable Bluetooth remote. It doesn't take up much space in a small backpack or bag so it is easy to travel with.

Great for a hand held holder. However I I haven’t tried the sync for taking photos yet, as it was being used for video. Gimbal worked well, love how you can lock it in place. One draw back I had is that it does not do well as a stand. The feet are a little flimsy, you can’t adjust the feet if you are on uneven surface and you can’t turn it around in the ground to get a balanced surface otherwise the phone is t where you want it to be. Like I said ut works well for hand held projects or events.
