This cleaner works amazingly well. It reaches high on the house. Spray on, let it sit a few minutes, swab lightly to get stubborn mold, then rinse. It’s very easy to use.

This stuff works great! I couldn’t get it to work on the hose though. When attached, only water was coming out. I just put it in a spray bottle and left it on for a few minutes. Then I scrubbed it with a scrubbing pad and/or scrub brush. My siding looks great and it’s been well over a year since I used it! Highly recommend! Nice price!

I bought this product mostly for the reservoir mixer and sprayer. And, while easy to use, it will not reach a second story soffit without a ladder. My North facing siding was looking a tad bit shabby. I bought this product to clean some high level mildew and low level algae. I discovered, in my instance, that treating the area to be cleaned with water first really helped the overall cleaning of the siding. Beyond that follow all the directions and you should be happy. Wait the 10 minutes. I cleaned every area twice. I am very happy with how the siding looks now. The last time I did this job I used a pressure washer. I will not do that again.

I’ve used MOLD ARMOR E-Z House Wash before and was really impressed—the first bottle gave excellent results and could spray easily up to 20 feet, just as advertised. It made cleaning brick, siding, and concrete super easy. But this time around, I’m disappointed. The spray doesn’t reach nearly as far, and the cleaning power seems weaker than before. It feels like either the formula or the spray design has changed, and not for the better. It still works to some extent, but definitely not the same strong performance I got the first time. If this is a new version, I hope they bring back the old one—it was far more effective.

I live in Florida, everything gets so moldy and dirty outside over time. This product is the best way to remove mold and mildew from items in a very easy way. No scrubbing, you attach it to your hose and spray it onto what ever you're cleaning. I left it to sit for about 10 minutes and then you rinse with clean water. I only use it 2 x a year and it lasts for at least 6 months.
