What is the size of the pan before the sides start curving?

The curved edges are a little less than half an inch wide all the way around. So the inside dimension would be about 6x17 inches.

Can this be used with higher temperature ovens like an Ooni pizza oven? Is there a heat limit for this product?

Hi there, LloydPans 7 inch x 18 inch Perforated Flatbread Pan is oven safe to 700 degrees without the presence of food on it. However, it can withstand the high temperature of an Ooni pizza oven as long as the food being prepared on it is not burned beyond recognition. The moisture content in food functions as a natural barrier to the high temperature of the oven so that the surface of the pan doesn't get nearly as hot as the oven.
