My Zflip3 was received very fast and in excellent condition just as stated in the description. It took a little time to update but it wasn't super long. The exterior has very minor scratches that you pretty much need a magnifier glass to see. The screen is in perfect condition, not a single scratch on it. It's been working very well so far, no complaints. The only issue was the generic charger they included; it wouldn't charge the phone at all - don't know why. Got one from Samsung and it charges great. Definitely recommend the seller for selling what they had it listed under. Thank you!

For one it didn't have a som tray, and two the camera would not work. I tried resetting it different ways but nothing. I hate it. Waste of time and money.

I love this phone, fits in my pocket, works great, pretty much a Samsung galaxy that folds up. Plus, the outer screen will lite up with the time of day and other stuff without opening. Opening will answer phone, so convenient.

I would like to start by saying the seller is very nice and understanding . However please save your money and buy a different phone from this seller. Galaxy did a horrible job on this phone to say it costs so much new. The phone functions great and it came like new but the battery life is horrible, if you want to only have 5-6 hours per day of battery life this is the phone for you. Then to make matters worse the phone takes forever to charge if you haven’t spent $50 on a Samsung fast charger. It’s like the phone rejects any charger that’s not Samsung and takes about 6+ hours for a full charge. Again the seller is great but I would not recommend this phone. If you need your phone to be ready and charged in case of any emergencies do not get this phone. I have been with Galaxy for years and I must say this it quite pitiful. I think I will be switching to iPhone soon.

This refurbished phone lasted longer then my brand new one! Omg they did well fixing it. It really sucked that it was locked to t mobile tho. I hate t mobile.

8 have T-Mobile, and this phone does not work with their service. I suspect that they sold me a phone with a bad motherboard. Very disappointed. I love the phone itself, but I've tried everything (including a factory reset, converting to an eSIM, trying different SIM cards, etc.) and cannot get it to receive T-Mobile
