A convenient multi vitamin and flavoring for protein shakes
Read the label and you’re likely to see that this sweet liquid is superior to many multi-vitamin products. I use it in my morning protein shake and it provides all the flavor I want. My life expectancy is age 96, and I’m guessing I won’t be swallowing pills anymore by the time I reach age 93. I can think of a couple more reasons older adults might like this multi.

Quality good, dispensing difficult
Great product. Nearly impossible to get the measuring cup OFF the bottle cap! Also nearly impossible to get the seal off the bottle. Very frustrating.

Easy to take
I had difficulty swallowing some of those gigantic vitamin pills. I mix this in a breakfast smoothie every morning with protein powder, fiber and collagen and whatever tea, coffee or juice I have lying around.
