These work great. They are adjustable so you can increase the closing tension. Work out with these and you will develop grip strength. I would purchase again.

Plastic ring breaks
Worked well on lower levels, but the plastic ring quickly broke after using it at max level.EDIT: They offered to send me a new one, or a full refund.

Its a good buy. especially for your jaw
served its purpose. it honestly the same as every other grip strenghtener, just this one is cheap. Personally, i bought this for my jaw, so if your buying it for your jaw too, its an amazing buy. The rubber quality is amazin on the teeth.

Noise from spring is moderately annoying, but works and is cheap
It's cheap, it works. Not the most comofortable (no padding and probably depends on your hand size (not sure one size fits all works with this device). Assuming it lasts I can't complain much.One annoyance is that the spring pops with each squeeze making an annoying clank sound. Not sure what exactly is popping, but perhaps spring coils pop past one another when they are untensioned by the hand motion. Can't find anything to adjust or oil or somethig to fix it, so will just have to live with it I guess. But for $6 can't get too worked up over it.

Use it open a bottle..Old age, injury . Please get it easy to use and works
The best. So much pain in my hand through an injury and hardly could turn a bottle..This helped strengthened my hand. Recommended for the aging with arthritis, or loosing strength. Dont give up. Use a few times a day, you wont fail your strength.
