I have a problem swallowing pills. Can someone tell me the size of these pills?

This is a large liquid (meaning slippery), capsule. However I find it easy to take any size pill with a mouthful of food if I take it just before swallowing. This even works for my husband who has nerve damage in his throat.

Is this 100% royal jelly?

No, it cannot be given it's in a capsule so gelatin is required as a listed ingredient due to the capsule being made from it. There is a small amount of olive oil and silica. My guess is the olive oil is to aid absorption of nutrients given it's a fat, and the silica keeps the freeze dried RJ from clumping when they put it in the capsules. Silica is widely considered harmless. You are however getting 100% of the claimed amount of Royal jelly on the label that equates to 1000 mg of fresh non concentrated RJ. This is a solid product from a very reputable company. If you aren't a vegetarian this will be a great product. if not look for a brand that uses vegetarian capsules. Contrary to what a vegan would tell you gelatin is not "cow junk". Gelatin itself is proven to be excellent for hair, skin, nail, and joint health, though the amount you're getting from the capsule is negligible.
