Fits to clean our 32oz straws. The straw goes all the way through it to get it all clean. It's to sturdy when it comes to bending it to clean parts of the lid to our bottles though. I was worried it wouldn't fit through the straw or reach the full length of the straws but they do and actually would probably fit 40oz size straws.
