I have been through so many kinds of ice cube trays... Over time, the traditional plastic ones cracked or the silicone ones split - all eventually leaking water. Yes, this one is plastic as well, but I have a lot of faith that this could be the last one that I'll ever have to buy (I hope).It took some trial and effort into figuring out the ratio of water to make the perfect ice ball. As a gauge, there are 3-ridges on the corners inside the tray where you fill it up with water. I find that if I use the middle line, my balls are totally round. When freezing, try not to prematurely open the tray to see if it worked or else you'll break some of them apart and not get great results.These ice balls keep my daughter's thermos for her water super cold and the ice hasn't completely melted by the time she gets off from school. Not only am I happy with this purchase, but making ice is somewhat fun and satisfying now :)

These are so fun and easy to use. The only drawback is that the fill line for the water is hard to see. It’s a raised line in the corners of the tray. But it would be easier if it was in a different color than the rest of the tray. If you don’t put in enough water, you get semi-circles instead of tiny spheres. And if you overfill the tray, the excess water squirts out the holes on top, and you end up with a lot of water/ice on the top of the tray. With practice, it’s getting easier to tell where to fill line should be. Aside from that, I love these. They make putting ice in a beverage fun and festive. They are flexible enough that it’s not hard to empty the ice from the trays. I also love that it includes the container to hold the cubes. The trays stack very nicely, and I place the container on top of the trays. As an added bonus, my dog loves to play with the ice balls! :)

I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I saw this online, despite the great reviews. Well I’m happy to say I was wrong. It is great! The ice cube trays are easy and quick to empty. The cubes just fall out into the container. I like the round cubes. The process for using the product was true to what it said. It did take me a couple tries to get the water level right but I’ve got it now. I think it’s a great value; you get 2 trays which produce many cubes, a large container with lid, a scoop and ice tongs. I really love this product and now I can have ice whenever I want! And the trays store nicely on top of the container in the freezer so it really doesn’t take up a lot of space. Great product!

Very easy to use and the container holds alot of ice.

I ordered this on a whim as my ice maker broke. It's easy to fill and the ice pops right out when frozen. I don't use the storage container for ice as I already have a bin in my freezer but if I was to entertain and wanted to have the ice out it would work great. I love the scoop as well.

A lot cheaper on SHEIN but I’m not mad I bought this on Amazon. The round ice looks really cute in my iced matcha lattes.
