Philips L'OR BARISTA Sublime Coffee Capsule Machine by Philips, for Double or Single Capsule, Red (LM9012/50)

I’ve paid £62 but there were slightly cheaper options in the all black. First impressions are that the machine is easy to use (there’s only three buttons) and has a decent sized water tank. Love the flexibility to use the larger capsules as I’m a lungo or double lungo drinker. Looks good in the red/black combo. Size wise, it’s a fair bit bigger than my old Krups model but not massive.

These machines are great, and it is the second one I have ordered, this one being for a friend. The only disappointment was not receiving the sample coffees with it as I did with mine as it means you can try them all. I did quite a bit of online research before buying this one to make sure it suited my taste. So many coffees from other makers that you can try, but my favourite still goes back to the L'or Coffee. A full proper Americano can be made and it is really hot. Espresso slightly cooler, as thats the way its mean to be. The machine is easy to clean and looks smart on the counter. Previously had a much more expensive quality nespresso machine, but this one is so much better for the speed and varieties of coffee you can make. Really recommend this machine.

Absolutely excellent machine. I bought it because I wanted my cold brew in the morning, it works with both L'Or and Nespresso capsules so you won't be missing out on anything! It even has a space inside the machine to bin old capsules- this can be removed very easily. It does make a little bit of noise whilst using but nothing unusual. If you order with Amazon it comes with a packet of 10 XXL L'Or Barista double selection capsules- which are very tasty. No back doors here! Only negative is that the water holder is quite delicate (the only fault really).

Brilliant coffee machine. Easy to use. Coffee tastes great, even recieved free pods. Most brands can be used in this machine. Excellent price. Love it

I had a Nespresso vertuo machine for a fair few years. Never had any issues but it was a pain ordering the capsules. They were never in any supermarkets either. The L'OR barista allows you to use Nespresso pods, L'OR pods and Xxl pods. All of these are readily available online, supermarkets and also a lot cheaper than the vertuo pods. I've used most features up to now with no issues. Coffee tastes great, a large water capacity and when summer arrives, an iced coffee feature. It's very easy to use as well, looks great and is a similar size to mose coffee machines on the market.

My second coffee maker, the old one made really average coffee and was more expensive. Coffee from this machine is legendarily good, very happy indeed.

Used to have a Nespresso Magimix machine which decided to start leaking more water onto the sideboard than in the cup. Been shopping around for a while for a replacement and could not believe how lucky I was to snap this one up on offer for under £60. And the reason why? It's red? Hey, as long as the coffee is hot and has a good crema, I'm good with that. I always use nespresso compatible pods and this has no problem with those. The L'OR double soze pods are awesome too, as it came with a small taster selection box too. Love it and would highly recommend.
