I have my work keys and house keys on these with small washers as spacers in between so they keys can not rub eachother and it works perfectly

Stop using split key rings, they're a joke compared to something like this. I'm a field tech and my keys are regularly subjected to being caught on equipment and being dragged on the ground. 6 months into it these little guys have shown no sign of wear and the o-ring keeps the screw set tightly.

Small key ring that happens to be unique

Both ended up failing to have the screw go back in. Lasted just barely 5 months. Luckly I notice before they failed while I was using them. Otherwise I would have lost my ID and work Badge. TISUR is just terrible at making titanium products.
