This chair feels right for the office. I prefer to have support and body conforming surfaces when I'm at work. The mesh is nicely supportive, although it is a bit stiff, and it breathes nicely. One thing that stands out is there is no foam in this chair to get dirty and wear out. The seat has forward and backward adjustment, and the back has tilt tension control. The seat height adjustment works smoothly. The casters roll well on low pile office carpet. Arm rests are hard, with just a slight amount of give. One arm rest bracket came with a broken guide. Hon customer service sent a replacement which arrived in about a week.
