Like the beautifully colored creations. Easy for anyone learning music to name their notes, color the notes. Or place a matching color to the note. Fun while learning.

I have gotten a few per-readers as piano students and have been very impressed with how I can get them to recognize and identify the notes after about 4 pages of coloring. I first write the notes in the bubbles so that they can color. But after awhile, the visual begins to make sense to them and they are able to tell me the name of the note. This makes them feel successful and has made the job of connecting the notes to the page and the notes on the piano much faster than your basic piano book. I recommend you at least trying to add this to your "bag of tricks" for your youngest of students as well as the older primary kids and those who just like to color. It doesn't feel like "work", but it "works"

My daughter is 6, this is a fun way for her and I to memorize her beginner piano notes. I wish I had known about these sooner and will buy more similar books in the future. I wish one book had more pages but it's the right amount for the price!

This is a nice activity for a piano student that needs reinforcement on note reading that perhaps struggles with traditional theory activity pages.

Great pictures with holidays and great variety. Good for note reading practice. I would buy it again

My daughter completed another book like this so she was very excited to have this one. It makes learning to read music fun.

Great pictures!Students need to know their notes on staff.The letters of keys are not written in notes.

My student enjoys doing notes this way. Limited number of notes on each page. Wish there were a few more. I like that it includes both treble and bass clefs on each page.
