Twice as good as conventional Hydrox knock offs.
My goodness, these are amazing! And DOUBLE stuf! For those who know math, double is 2x! And if there is one thing we know about 2x is that it is TWICE as good as 1x. These are literally TWICE as good as regular Oreos. (For those who remember the Cubs winning the world series in 1908, Oreos are a knockoff of Hydrox cookies. Hydrox - est. 1908. Oreos - est. 1912.) And stuf = the STUFFing inside the little cookie sandwich. Glorious! And these things are versatile. Chop them up, add butter, and press into a cake pan for a crust. Who cares what goes in that pie? This is what lands on your tongue and you're eating it! (Unless you're too good for gluten. But don't ruin this for the rest of us and enjoy your kale chips.) Chop them and throw them on top of ice cream and eat it. Chop them and mix them into a milk shake and eat it. Eat them plain. Eat 1. Eat a bag. I guess you pretty much just eat them, but, man, are they tasty!Don't use them for communion, though. That would be ridiculous.

Dessert's Best Friend
My family eats these out of the box - and the box doesn't last a day. But if I manage to hide them first, I use Double Stuff Oreos for favorite recipes, such as crushing the contents of the entire box, mixing with a 8 ounce block of cream cheese, rolling into walnut-sized balls before laying on a sheet pan and cooling in the fridge or freezer - then I pull out and dip in melted dark, milk, or light chocolate (melt the whole bag of chocolate chips slowly with a teaspoon of shortening) and cool again. This makes delicious Bon Bons that were a hit at my party. I also break them up into homemade ice cream, homemade ice cream pies - thanks again for that Pioneer Woman, and I can make my kids favorite Hershey Chocolate Cake (recipe on Hershey website using their coca; don't be afraid it's a quick homemade cake recipe) by making a cream cheese frosting and adding crushed Double Stuff Oreos to the frosting at the end; that cake NEVER lasts an hour. This is a versatile product that I'd dare say is a pantry staple for family-friendly desserts.

Why isn't this the standard Oreo?
I'm not sure who came up with the original Oreo cookie. I'm going to assume his name was Mr. Oreo. I don't know what else he would be called.Mr. Oreo got a lot of things right with his original cookie - the chocolate flavor was great, the texture of the cookie was perfect, and the consistency of the creme is not too hard, but not so soft that the cookies won't stick together. Surely, this was the pinnacle of sandwich cookie innovation. However, Mr. Oreo got one thing critically wrong....the cookie to creme ratio. Nabisco saved the day in 1974 when they introduced this, the Double-Stuf Oreo (mislabeled on Amazon as Double "Stuff", which is nigh-inexcusable), the inevitable correction to the cookie's only flaw. I can hardly describe the perfection achieved by this wonderful confection. The cookie that was perfected in ages past is coupled with what should always and forever be known as the proper amount of oreo creme filling. The original oreo is seriously lacking in comparison. As a postscript, don't let the haters tell you there is only 1.84 times the creme, rather than double - since when was double a mathematical term that meant precisely twice as much, anyway?

Double stuf
I'd only tried double stuf once before. Boy oh boy, if you like cream, you're gonna love this! Very sweet. Too much cream for my tastes. They make one that's just a ton of cream, the sight of it makes me want to throw up. These are just okay. They fall apart easily. Original oreos are better, but in all cases, they don't make 'em like they used to.

Yes this is my favorite cookie in the world next to soft oatmeal raisin ...
Yes this is my favorite cookie in the world next to soft oatmeal raisin cookies. I have always loved Oreo's and was ecstatic when they came up with the Double Stuff cookies. My daughter loves the regular one's and I love these. I tried the Mega Stuf Cookies but prefer these over those. Any way Oreo's are a great brand and cookie and I usually eat them plain or dunk them in my coffee or milk. Such a great combination for me that is. If you have not tried them which I highly doubt then give them a try and I got a great deal on them from the Prime Pantry with the buy 5 items from a category and save 6.00.

Truly wonderful!
There is no question in my mind that the future has already arrived-- in the form of Double Stuff Oreos. These Cookies are better than good-- even better than great! They are mind-boggling wonderful! They are like normal Oreos but way better because they have more stuffing. I know a lot of people who feel that normal Oreos don't have enough of the delicious white filling and some who even discard the black wafers after licking off the filling. The Double Stuff edition of the Oreos cleverly helps make the Oreo cookie more attractive to pretty much every demographic. It tastes good alone, it tastes good with milk, and it tastes great when mixed with many other things (e.g., ice cream, breakfast cereal, smoothies etc.)! I love these Oreos and will most definitely be buying them again.
