Using it on Sony A6700
Superb vlogging lens....i use it on Sony A6700 and so far almost a year later.....i can definitely say ..if you know how to handle camera settings, this is a crazy vlogging & landscape photography lens. It has its own OSS & if camera has inbody stabilization (like mine).... footage would be smooth !! Wish it had a bit zoom haha

Totally worth it
Totally worth it. I have a6700 and a small room studio for YouTube videos and this lens is perfect, good for vlogging as well

Getting excellent results!
Like the form factor & also the optics & clarity of the lens. Although it is a bit harder to fit the camera in the handy pouch/sling bag kind of thing Sony provided with my Sony A6400, still it is acceptable. Haven't used it extensively yet but for what specifically bought this for, Astro Photography, I like what I see in the output. Have used it to shoot the Winter Milky Way in Uttarakhand & also Geminids Meteor Shower recently. The F1.8 makes it superb for shooting at night, which is a given. :) Also I find this lens to be more dust resistant than the 16-50 kit lens. IDK the reason behind it because both these lenses are rated by Sony to be dust & water resistant but I see some specks of dust on the kit lens already :( I think I can recommend this lens to anyone who plans to use it for Astro Photography & Nightscapes. I am not into vlogging or anything as the headline of the product page says, so can't comment on that aspect. more later. cheers!

This is an amazing lens for landscaping, close ups and selfies. What a performance. For this lens I invested in sony system.

Outstanding image quality even in lowlight conditions.
Superb clarity. I am using it on my Sony 6500 with In body image stabilisation. So lens not having no stabilization does not matter. With f1.8 aperture, its low light performance is superb.
