Great quality product! The wood finish is beautiful and natural looking, and makes it easy to clean. I haven't encountered any issues with leaking, it has worked flawlessly out of the box. The light colors and brightness are easily controllable with Homekit and Siri, making it remotely controllable anywhere if you have a home hub (compatible Apple TV, HomePod) if you forgot to turn it off when leaving. The noise level is barely audible, you really only hear water dripping once the reservoir is close to empty. It's so great that I bought 2 more, 1 for my living room and home office. 10/10 recommend!

I just got the diffuser all hooked up and so far I like it. If it lasts for at least a year or two it will be a great buy. It took me a little while, but I got it hooked up to HomeKit. The first thing I had to do was go to my router settings and temporarily disable my 5ghz connection so the device could find only the 2.4 connection. Even when I disabled the 5 ghz connection, the device still would not connect to HomeKit. I restarted my internet and restarted the device and finally got it to pair. I have a few other Meross devices and they pretty much stay connected to HomeKit at all times and I am hoping this device does the same. I love that it has a built-in humidity sensor, so I can simply ask Siri what the humidity is in the basement (the room I have the diffuser in). I also love that I can control the light and diffuser separately. When I tell Siri to turn the lights in the room a certain color, the light on the diffuser simply acts as another light in the room and responds accordingly. Same with telling it to turn the room lights on and off. The only thing I do not really like so far is the Green light signfying the wifi connection status and that the device has power. I really wish there was a way to disable that light because I find it slightly annoying aesthetically. I bought one of the popular higher priced scents on Amazon and it smells divine. The diffuser is doing a great job of really dispersing the scent. Now I just need to set up some automations to have it turn on randomly throughout the day! If this device holds up, I am going to buy 2-3 more for my home.

This diffuser is SO cute. So so cute. It works well with the app sometimes but I just don't use the app for this diffuser. I use it religiously, because I love making my room smell nice (it currently smells like a bakery in here!) But I had a problem that started a month into having it, and it slowly got worse. The ability to screw it open to clean and refill became more difficult, and then at one point it just became so difficult to close it completely. The inner plastic for the lid to keep it secure and keep the water from going everywhere just stops screwing in properly now. So, durability issue, for sure. But it's cute and works well other than that! The mist doesn't come out right anymore, either, but, again, it still works. Maybe clean it way better than I ever did, or don't use it religiously

This is smaller than I expected. You want to place it on a table next to you if you are resting or watching TV. Would be nice on your desk. It looks great and the led lights are awesome. Works well with the oils I am using. As long as you follow the instructions the smell will not be overwhelming, but a gentle smell which I love. This is a smart device as well. Works well with Apple Home which I love so I can control it and the led lights with my iPhone and iPad.

Firstly, the product arrived used with damaged packaging and smelling like scented oil. The only reason I purchased this item was because of its claimed compatibility with Apple HomeKit. It was a pain to get it to integrate with HomeKit and the functionality was very limited. This item looks and feels very cheap and poorly made. I used it for one week and it quit working entirely. It’s like something you would find in a dollar store. I exchanged it for a Govee and am very happy I did. MUCH better quality product for only a few $ more.

I ordered this product after seeing a very positive review on a popular website that I trusted. I wanted to get this for my wife who likes to have an essential oil diffuser on her side of the room. After placing the order and receiving the product I tried getting it set up in HomeKit. At first the device was recognized by the Meross app and everything looked like it was going to work and then I got an error. After trying for a few days resetting the device and trying to get it into HomeKit I emailed support who provided me the same instructions I had been using previously. After a few more emails they provided a link for those who use Eero devices (NOTE: if you use Eero for your router and use HomeKit stay away from Meross devices). I then followed the Eero SPECIFIC troubleshooting step without success and shortly after that every time I reset the diffuser it was no longer recognized by the Meross app, let alone adding it to HomeKit. I finally gave up trying to use the "Smart" features and then tried using it as a plain essential oil diffuser until one day I picked it up to clean it and the exterior began chipping and flaking in my hand. Another set of emails to Meross customer support telling them I wanted a replacement or a refund, preferably a refund, led me to another round of "troubleshooting" emails. With ever response back to Meross I let them know I did not want to troubleshoot the product that was slowly molting on my wife's nightstand and that I wanted a refund. The last email I got from Meross completely ignored what I have been asking for since the second round of emails and provided yet ANOTHER list of steps to perform to get the "smart" features working. Don't waste your money or your time on Meross products if you use Eero and HomeKit, it'll only cause frustration. --- Update 04/06/2023 --- After firing off some not too polite emails to Meross they have agreed to send me a replacement for testing. If something positive comes of it I will update again. I now give this product two stars, but barely, because Meross has agreed to take some steps to resolve the issue. --- Update 04/30/2023 --- I received a replacement and have successfully been able to add the device to HomeKit and the Meross app. I have updated my review to three stars since I have been issued a replacement and was able to get it added to HomeKit.

This is the third diffuser from the brand Meross that I’ve bought. They’re all set up in HomeKit with automations. I think I’ll place this one in the dining room so that when I have guests over, the space will have a pleasant scent. The oils are really cheap here on Amazon. Plus, the light tone of the diffuser, which I can set to any color I want, also helps create a nice atmosphere.

Was looking for a diffuser for my office. This one came up in the search for a very competitive price with the ability to connect it to my Apple Home automation network. Seemed like a no brainer. It connected to Homekit without any problems. It gives you the ability to control the output of mist at different intensities as well as control the intensity and color of the LED light that is built into it. Have been using it for awhile now without any issues. I use distilled water and mix in a few drops of essential oils that we purchased for use with it seems to fill the room with the scent (and humidity) fairly quickly. Feel very good about my purchase.

Buon diffusore di oli essenziali. Nonostante sia tutto in plastica si presenta con un bell'aspetto, con un "effetto legno" credibile e soprattutto nessun logo in bella vista quindi può essere tranquillamente posizionato ovunque in casa ed essere scambiato per un vaso o una decorazione (a patto di riuscire a nascondere il cavo di alimentazione bianco). Funziona altrettanto bene, senza produrre ronzii e con la possibilità di scegliere la quantità di vapore prodotta. Con l'impostazione "diffusore leggero" sono riuscito a far durare una ricarica tre giorni con una media di 3-4 ore al giorno. Mi raccomando però di utilizzare oli di qualità e di mettere al massimo 1-2 gocce ogni 100ml di acqua perché stiamo sempre parlando di qualcosa che poi andiamo a respirare e per alcune persone potrebbe essere fastidioso o peggio causare congestione nasale e sinusite. Gli extra di cui parlavo nel titolo della recensione sono tutti legati all'app Meross, da sempre una delle migliori nella categoria smart home. Una volta collegato il dispositivo offre la possibilità di accenderlo o spegnerlo, regolare il vapore, regolare o spegnere la luce (ha led RGB abbastanza pacchiani ma anche una luce bianca normale), impostare timer di accensione e spegnimento e addirittura collegarlo ad Amazon Alexa e Google Assistant. Faccio un paragone con un diffusore comprato a poco più di 20 euro qualche mese fa. Il funzionamento di base è lo stesso, buttano fuori entrambi del vapore, però a mio avviso vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più per un aspetto più gradevole e la capacità di 400ml in modo da non dover continuare a riempirlo. Le funzionalità smart sono qualcosa di non indispensabile ma vi ritroverete ad utilizzarle ed apprezzarle, ad esempio me lo sono dimenticato acceso ed è bastato un "tap" nell'applicazione (l'altro spesso mi rimaneva acceso fino a spegnersi automaticamente una volta finita l'acqua) o ero fuori casa e l'ho acceso un'oretta prima di rientrare in modo da trovare un ambiente profumato. In conclusione lo consiglio, soprattutto se usate spesso questo tipo di prodotti.

Envío muy rápido. Se conecta fácilmente en 1 minuto a la app de Meross y a Google Home. Estéticamente es bonito y muy silencioso. Dos niveles de vapor y luces led configurables por la app de forma sencilla.

Funciona perfecto con Homekit, se integra bastante facil a la app. Se pueden hacer horarios y rutinas para que encienda y apague automatico.

Réactivité depuis le téléphone impressionnante, vous cliquer pour allumer votre diffuseur, et il s'allume aussi vite que si vous appuyer sur un interrupteur, ce qui est rare pour les connectivite WiFi en général, sinon le diffuseur est plutôt beau, une fois allumé on ressent vite une meilleurs odeur dans toute la pièce, et la programmation fonctionne à merveille, petit bémol, l'ouverture du diffuseur, il suffit de le soulever, donc si vous avez un chat qui aime s'y frotter, à éviter, perso le mien n'y touche pas donc c'est parfait
