I love these! They're so pretty, and I like how each size is a different color because it makes it really easy to find the correct size. I have made so many booklets with these! It says they are plastic; however, I think there's a little metal that lines the plastic. Anyway, when you are finishing the booklet, you can clip and bend the ends of the coil. I am very happy with the booklets that I've made with these coils!
