lAs someone on a tight, low-income budget, I really appreciate how incredibly cost-effective ECOS laundry soap is. I’ve used about four bottles of it so far, and honestly, I love it. You really can't beat the price, it performs wonderfully, and it has a nice, normal scent that isn't overpowering. Best of all, I have not had any skin irritation from it, which is a huge plus. However, looking through the reviews, it’s impossible to ignore how many people receive leaked or spilled packages during shipping. While doing my laundry today, I actually had an idea: I would gladly pay 50 cents extra per bottle if ECOS would switch to a secure, snap-top lid—similar to how soda bottles or other products have a tamper-evident ring. Knowing that the soap hasn't been messed with before it gets to us is incredibly important since these ingredients go directly onto our skin. Plus, an extra 50 cents is a small price to pay to completely eliminate all the messy spills and wasted product happening during delivery. I don't think anyone would mind a tiny extra charge for that peace of mind! Highly recommend the soap itself, but the company really needs to upgrade the packaging.

Great detergent for people with sensitive skin. This stuff works like magic and is affordable as well. It is not made with any harsh chemicals but derived from all natural ingredients which I love. It cleans very well and has a great scent. This product definitely deserves a five out of five stars.

the product is great.....delivery jerked one of the bottles and the product from one of the bottles leaked into the box! I have a picture! I will keep both bottles as they are but won't order them from you again. I will find it locally. I thought that you sgould know about the leak!

Cleans well with no heavy scent and residue. The price is affordable. It's also vegan and cruelty free, something I was desperately looking for. The bottles are sturdy and no issues with packaging as well. As always, the delivery is convenient. The one star is only for lack of help with strong smell on clothes. Sometimes it doesn't help getting rid of strong smells and I have to end up washing it with hands.

This is my favorite laundry detergent. I started using this product years ago, but then couldn't find it any more. I was so pleased to find it on Amazon. Very reasonable price for "natural" detergent, smells lovely, and does a great job getting my laundry clean. Just don't use too much! A little goes a long way! I've found that Ecos products in general are very good and are my first choice for cleaning products when available. I just wish more stores in my area carried them.

One of the best laundry detergent out there. Smells very nice but not too strong. It cleans very well. It came nicely packed. It even included special protective ring around the cups to avoid the spills.

Detergent is great. 4-5 stars. They are concentrated, unscented, and clean well without all the harsh chemicals. I am giving it 3 stars because every time I order it, the caps are not sealed correctly and they leak in the box. EVERY TIME. All my other items that I ordered were in the same Amazon box and they were covered in detergent. Luckily nothing else was damaged because they were individually packaged but I would say 3-5 oz of detergent leaked out and made a mess. I wish the manufacturer would do a better job at packaging them so they don’t have this issue. Having some sort of opening cover to safe guard if the lid comes loose would be helpful. Probably best not to order this along with items that are not individually wrapped and could potentially be damaged if they were to get covered in detergent.

The shipping was fast, in sturdy cardboard boxes with many air filled cushioning pouches. However, some of the jugs were placed on their side, and the liquid leaked, despite there being sealing tape around the caps. I lost about 5 capfuls of liquid from each of 3 jugs, and one jug had stripped threads at the neck. Cap could not be secured fully. If there was a bold instruction with arrows pointing UP printed on the boxes, the leakage might have been prevented.

Product itself is excellent. However arrived badly spilt.

Love the product, not pleased with packaging. EVERYTIME there is leakage, this time quite severe, lost a lot of product.
