Quality compromised

The previous one was very comfortable to wear and provided great grip in the bathroom. Based on that I ordered again. The new one is rock hard - resulted sharp increase in my slipped disc back pain. Also the slipper has a line and dot design on the in sole which resulted in a corn problem on my foot, which I never had ever. All in all this product is an AVOID!
