The ink is a little bit fiddly to put into the machine when replacing, but overall it has been fine. You can tell when the ink is running out because the text readability becomes much more noticeable. There are some surfaces that the ink does not cover, so be aware of this.

I own the Must Have Ideas Data Defender, which is a great product. I'll admit I wanted to see if a cheaper set of ink refills would work, so tried these.Long story short, the ink had a foul smell, the cartridges were not full, and the ink quality was so bad it destroyed my original data defender, and I had to buy a new one.Avoid! Stick with the refills that belong to the same manufacturer as your own data defender.

Do the job. Will see if they are long lasting and worth the money for ten. I have used 2 and they lasted as long as 1 of my other full cartridge. The ink is dark enough but need to be changed more regularly to keep the dark effect.

Sadly we have to be aware that pieces of paper that we throw out casually can be retrieved from the paper recycling by people looking for information that they can use to their advantage. Certainly for large quantities of paper , the familiar shredder is superb; however things like letters, repeat prescription forms etc all carry information that can be of use to criminals. I have had a roller for some time and tried a number of inks and not all are dense enough (they left information covered far too lightly and therefore too visible!), This ink has demonstrated that it covers the information you want covered with one pass. It has my vote!
