So these airy crunchy vessels are amazing! I love them so much! You can put anything on them and make a delicious sandwich with hardly any calories. I eat it for breakfast with an egg and turkey or pb & jelly. Buy them, you will be amazed!

It's crunchy low calories and yummy .I use it instead of bread . It taste good with any thing chicken salad.tona or simple sandwiche. No guilt

Great low calorie alternative
These are incredibly light and low-calorie perfect I really enjoy putting chicken salad or egg salad on it and just eating it open faced. They are very bland and have no flavor of their own, which I also appreciate because it doesn’t interfere with the flavor of what I put on it.

Pack of 4 large packages. So much better than a 60 cal rice cake, these are 16 cals each and are bigger than my hand (circumference). I put peanut butter and jam on them, so good.
